Excellent product for my husband who suffered a stroke earlier this year. It is so useful in his rehabilitation and he uses it every day. The only downside is inflating it. We took with it to my husband's physiotherapist and she used a pump to inflate and got the stopper in after several tries. I think you would have to have very strong lungs to inflate this using the straw it comes with. Despite this it is a great ball for anyone needing help with physical rehab.

These are perfect for a whole range of pilates exercises and easy to inflate/deflate to your required firmness. The material is quite thick and strong and has a non slip surface. I have owned a large (65cm) ball from the same Italian manufacturer for at least 5 years and that is still going strong so I expect this one to be quite resilient as well. It had a slightly strange rubbery smell when it came out of the package but 4 days later this has largely disappeared and, in my opinion, is noticeable unless I stick my face into it ( I can't think of a Pilates exercise where I would need to do that :)) I didn't notice any problem with inflating it, you push the supplied small plastic straw into the inflation hole and blow. Being a small ball the air pressure inside it is not high (especially as for most exercises I use it half inflated) so when you remove the straw very little air is lost if you promptly insert the supplied rubber plug.

Good quality, easy to inflate (though that straw will get lost immediately so I don't know if one could deflate and inflate the ball again). Does the job. But I think it could have been a little cheaper.

It was easy to order and inflate. Overall it serves it purpose, however I ordered a red one and blue was delivered instead. This was very disappointing but I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it and waiting for the correct one to be delivered

Ball arrived on the date given by the seller. Product is just what I was hoping for. I've not had much time to use it yet but I think it's going to be great.

For the price it’s ok, the only complaint I have is the hole to blow it up has no safety valve and is rather large so you’ve got be pretty quick to get the stopper in before it deflates on you, it’s pretty sturdy, I brought it as I have a slipped disc so am using it to support my lower back whilst I’m under physio to help strengthen my core, so it’s doing what I want it to

I needed a ball for physio exercises after a major back operation. This ball is just the right size for strengthening my thigh muscles to start with. It comes flat and you can inflate the ball with your mouth, it also has and exercise booklet to target other parts of the body. I recommend this ball for people of all ages.

Love these balls. They are soft and easy to grab and work well with my disabled patients. My daughters love to play with them too
