**Q: Is this cocentrated and needs to be mixed with water, or do you just pour it as is into the cement mix?**
A: Just pour into cement mix. Dampen the area you are repairing too for best adhesion.

**Q: will this product work with masterseal 583?**
A: Yes
It will improve adhesion and water resistance.  Dilute 3 to1 with water.
My father sold Thoroseal products in the 1950's and they began doing this when it was Acryl 60 and 583 was Thoroseal.  Its been time tested.

**Q: Has anyone tried this with ultracal 30 or plain plaster? do you feel they are stronger with this? manufacturer said it can i would love your opinions**
A: Any product made by Thoro that I have used Has been as advertised, Excellent adhesive qualities. A very good company.
