Great for digestion!
I've been taking this for a little over a month now and my stomach, oh goodness, it feels at ease now. It really makes you go. I take 1 capsule at night and wake up great.

*Nervous glance over shoulder* .... Faaaaarrrrrt!
I am taking two of these 450mg capsules every day as part of my own CILTEP stack, so I'm using this supplement in an off-label manner, so I have no comment on what it's supposed to do. But man does this supplement make you go gas. I am literally farting all day long, the most foul smelling farts too. Again, I'm not taking this for whatever NowFoods designed this supplement for, but I jut thought you should know this..... On the positive side, vegicaps - so no nasty gelatin, and also they are quite swallow-able which is great.
