If you have a flat chainset ( See second picture) then these are no good to you. Mixing flat chain rings with FSA chain rings is not good. So if you are replacing the chains on an FSA crank these FSA chain rings are great. Review: New Cycle Chainrings - Both 52t and 36t FSA chainrings arrived with in a day of ordering. Both now fitted but the 52t took a bit of work fitting as it was a very tight fit. Look good fitted see photo. Test ride tomorrow. Seem to be smooth running and no issues changing gears. It measured accrurately as described. **Q: Is the 52t outer ring compatible with a 34t inner ring, or does it have to go with a 36t inner ring?** A: The one I ordered was a 53T outer chain ring. Mine is a 39T inner ring I would think keeping it paired as it was original is best, most likely the 36T, you will have to consider chain length, derailleur type / groupo and cassette set if you make changes or you will not be able to make the best use of your shifting range and may wear out all of the components prematurely and have difficulty shifting. **Q: Want to replace 8 spd 110 48t chainring on '07 Specialized Sirrus. Will this fit?** A: No, the 8 speed gear ratio will have a wider pitch between teeth, groupos have to be compatible, you would find even changing the cassette and chain it will be nearly impossible to change gears with the old derailleur and shifters.
