Poor product and service
Motor is getting to much heat after starting use. There is not any contact information in the invoice. Somehow I got the contact details of supplier through indiamart but they didn't receive call. I never recommende to buy this kind of product and Service.

good, but heat up
The product is good. Can carry 3 or 4 bags of cement vertically 45 feet high in 2 1/2-3 minutes. Seller shipped and recieved within time. Used for transportation of construction materials over 45 feet high. - Drawback: 1. the coil messed up easily. Wish they could be longer and enlarge the coil roller. 2. Motor heats up easily. 3. Built quality could be better. Movement of the motor during heavy load is worrysome. 4. Power cord and control unit cords are to short. ( Still work after using to construct 50*60 feet house... transport Approximately 700-800 bags of cement, 8000+bags of sand, 10000+ bags of gravel, 10000+ red clay bricks!!!! ) The wire last till day!!!! 2021/6

It will save your money and time both together and avoid hiring more labour.
I have fixed the motar on the lifting stand made this by own and working absolutely fine.. Nice customer service Highly recommended

Need a replacement
Machine burnt after a week's use.

Motor getting heat and stopped working but when I contacted the dealer they have taken very much initiative and got it repaired. Thanks to the dealer
