These ear plugs cut down so much noise for me! They are just what I need. I couldn't tell you how many decibels, but I can't hear the crickets on our noise machine! It's amazing when I pull that first plug out and can hear what I would usually hear and the other one is extremely muted. So why silicone wax noise plugs for noise cancellation? I have incredibly small ears, so I can't do any earbuds that go in my ear canal because they hurt me. Also, I am a side sleeper so I need something that doesn't press on my ear when I'm sleeping. I thought I wanted a noise cancelling head set that went over my ear somehow, but I just couldn't find a good (or affordable) bluetooth or wireless solution, and I'm getting kind of cautious about devices that emit signals that go through my head anyway. Then I found these! You get to decide how they fit and they don't stick outside your ear, so there is no pressure from them when I'm sleeping on my side. I got a set of 3. each in separate small plastic boxes, making them highly portable and shareable. The only tiny downside I can say I've seen so far is that sometimes a hair or two will stick to it just a bit. Just pull it off, no pain. To start you just roll one in your fingers to warm it up then place it in your ear and press it in to cover your ear canal; just do not press it into the canal. They are so easy to work with. Just start over if it doesn't feel right. They do not hurt my ears at all and I really appreciate this product. I Highly Recommend these ear plugs!

These works great! I’ve been looking at expensive headphones but didn’t want music, just noise reduction. And I’m a side sleeper. I find inserting buds uncomfortable, and they don’t stay in. These are cheap and easy. I could not hear outside traffic or hubby’s heaving breathing. This morning my phone alarm went off and I did not hear a thing!

I was desperate for something to muffle the sound of my downstairs neighbors dog that barks constantly. It was loud enough that I'd be woken up through any foam earplugs I tried. I can finally sleep again until I'm able to move out of here. Being a side sleeper, these are easily the most comfortable ear plugs I've ever slept in. They're flush with/recessed enough inside your ear that they don't get bumped around by the pillow when I toss and turn. I've only had one fall out once in the few weeks I've used these so far, while with foam plugs that was every other night. The wax plugs themselves are a bit finicky to use, if you press too close to the center as you're inserting them it creates an uncomfortable suction effect. But if you don't press close enough to the center it doesn't seal and block noise as well. Overall takes a few minutes to get these in properly vs a few seconds for foam plugs. The biggest issue is these are slightly tacky, which they need to be in order to stick inside your ears. They collect hair and lint during use and only stay reasonably clean for a few days, and there's no good way to clean them once they get dirty. If one falls out while sleeping it will most likely need to be thrown out regardless of how long it's been in use. The set of 3 here is a good way to try these out, but I'm definitely getting the larger pack next time

In all the years I’ve had Amazon Prime, I’ve only felt compelled to write a review on a couple of occasions, and this is one of them. These ear plugs are the only ones that work. I have tried several different types of several different brands of foam ear plugs, and I always ended up frustrated and uncomfortable (sometimes, even in pain). These wax ear plugs stay put and mold perfectly to my ear to block out snoring and other loud noises while still allowing for me to hear my alarm in the morning. They are also reusable. Occasionally, they will stick to my hair, but it’s easy to get the wax out and a definite trade-off to get some sleep. You won’t regret giving these a try.

Fantastic product. Be patient with it for couple days. I find it be efficient in cutting ambient sound including snoring to get peaceful sleep. I have been using the same blob for more than 10 days and still using the same. No pain in the ear canal. Make sure to store the product in the box it arrived in and remove any hair, if stuck.

Fit is fine. Works as it should and I have no complaints, but I am also not excited about the ear plugs. Noise reduction: The level of noise reduction is satisfactory. I think my foam ear plugs are a bit better. Stay in place: They seem to stay in place and fit fine, but I prefer foam ear plugs.

I struggle to sleep, especially when there are little noises, or when my husband snores loudly. I finally tried these ear plugs and am amazed! I can tell when someone is speaking to me, but it is so muffled it is difficult to understand. I have smaller ears, so I make 3 plugs out of 2 and I can lay on my side perfectly! They mold perfectly to my ears and are not sticky. I love that they are reusable 10 times, which makes them a great value. When I travel I only have to carry 1 pair for most trips in the convenient case that comes with them.

I was hoping to love these. I do like that they have their own carrying case. I end up taking these out every night. They aren’t comfortable to sleep in.
