Vitamin D3 5000 IU

A friend of mine did lots of research regarding preventing and treating covid so when I tested positive and my mother tested positive she recommended this vitamin d, as well as quercitin, zinc, vitamin c, NAC, aspirin, and melatonin. My mother has lots of pre-existing conditions and I was certain that if she got covid she would for sure die. We both started taking this along with the other supplements and both of us had a very easy illness! Now I can't say for sure that this is what caused that but I'm definitely a believer because she was very bad off and once she started taking this regimen she improved significantly very quickly. My illness never progressed too poorly either! I started having my fiance take the same regimen right away as well since I was now in a house with him and guess what? He never ended up getting covid! Three of my children were at their dad's and we're not around me but somehow my middle child ended up getting covid beginning of this week... I immediately started her on this regimen and also started my other two children on it as well since they were in the same household at their father's house for the week.... My middle daughter started getting better immediately after starting the regimen and my other two children so far have not contracted the illness either. So I'm a believer! Whether or not this helped I do not know but I surely know it did not hurt We are continuing to take this regimen as it is protective, preventative and can help reduce any after effects that covid may bring!

I read that taking vitamin 3 with some sort of fat was better for absorption. After researching products, I came across the SmarterVitamins D3 product and decided to try it. No added fillers or ingredients I can't pronounce...very clean. I purchased the 3 pack which is very reasonably priced. I gave a bottle to my father who is 83 and he takes one everyday. His last blood work results were great. Easy to digest. The pills are small and leave no after taste. Love that they are made in avocado oil. Good value for your money.

I researched so many supplements and this one had everything I needed without the things I don't. I am a breast cancer warrior and I am avoiding certain things like soy for example because of how it negatively impacts hormones and this product was able to give me the Vitamin D-3 complex without the unwanted soy. My friend originally ordered these and said they were decent. She gave me a few to try. I've been having vitamin D deficiency and experiencing dizziness and vertigo. I love that this D3 supplement from Smarter Vitamins is in an avocado oil base, I've tried several others with all different oil bases, but they all bothered me. You don't even notice you're even taking this one. It has definitely helped with the health of my teeth, they used to be almost see-through looking, but now they look white and solid and feel stronger. The Vitamin D3 has also helped a lot with my energy level, I was having a problem just walking up the stairs, after taking 3 vitamin D3 a day, my energy is so much better!

Fine Product

I liked that the pill is very small. Easy to swallow, with no aftertaste or burps (the shell is made from tilapia fish). I have been feeling under the weather last 3 weeks and a head cold for the last 2 days. Felt run down and unable to get tasks done. As soon as I received my order, I immediately took 1 pill, about an hour later, I felt energized. I didn't feel groggy and immediately started to knock chores out. Few hours later, still moving, not feeling tired. I really think the lack of sunlight has had me feeling nasty for the last few weeks. This supplement will be my winter go to every year from now on until the long spring and summer days return.
