May 5, 2024 update. This is my third update. I’m still thrilled with this stuff. If I plan on leaving the house, I use it. I have NEVER had an issue with this product. Negative reviews should be questioned. I gently wash my face and wait until it is completely drys. Small dab on ring finger. Dab under eye and gently rub area until absorbed. Don’t wrinkle the area until it dries. I am 74 with slight bags and dark circles. Try it. You really don’t have anything to lose. Oct. 1st update…I just bought another tube because I want to make sure I have enough if it suddenly disappears like so many others things. This stuff is amazing!!!! Oct. 5, 2024…. I just saw a review that said their tube was a clear liquid. You should gently shake the tube before using. It sounds like it may have separated in the tube. That has happened to me too. Once it is shaken it will mix and be fine. I’ve been using this product for almost 2 years. I’m still100% happy with this product. Sept.18 update…I am still extremely happy with this product. I’ve been using it for about 6 weeks now. This has to be the best product for bags under the eye. I will continue to use this product. In fact I just put another tube in my Amazon cart. My only fear is they’ll run out. This stuff is great! I bought 1 tube and tried it. If you follow the directions you won’t have a problem. Some of the other brands tell you to dab it on gently but they always turn flakey. This brand tell you to gently rub it in. It works perfectly every time. I bought another tube to make sure I don’t run out. I’m 73 years old and have small bags under each eye. GONE with this stuff.

Below is my original review. However, it seems that they have reformulated the product, and not for the better. The last two tubes have been way too thick in consistency, making it difficult to apply. It also does not tighten as well, and it leaves a powdery residue. I sent them a message telling them about the disappointment with the last tube I received. They kindly sent a replacement tube, but it was the same problem. I still have a partial tube of the old formula which I will use sparingly until I find another brand that works as well. So sad about the decline of quality of a product that used to be the best of its kind. ~OLD REVIEW~ I’ve tried similar products but have found the LPH Labs eye tightening cream to be the best for me…with the added bonus that it’s a good price. Some creams have a thick consistency, but this one is lightweight and creamy and goes on easily. Some creams tighten too much, pulling down the lower eyelid…this one is just right for me. One of the tricks to applying is to make sure it’s evenly distributed across the under eye. So after washing and drying the face, I first dab it on, then I rub back-and-forth multiple times (ending with an outward stroke) to make sure no areas have a thicker application than others (causing an uneven tightening effect.) Then I lightly dab the outer edges to make sure it blends out into the skin. Then I moisturize my face, avoiding the eye area, but lightly pat the moisturizer into the outer edges of the applied eye cream. So there you go…maybe this will help some of you. It may take a little practice, and experimenting with the amount to use to get it just right for you. Note that any eye tightening cream you use (even the expensive ones) will crack or get chalky if you pull on your face, rub your eyes, or make big facial expressions. But using a damp finger or cotton swab can do a good job of repairing this.

First you must understand that products like these are only temporary. There is no point in using unless you desire that tinghtening effect. I have used this 3 times and so far it works exactly as the gen u cel immediate effect 2. I bought that in a package for 110 so each product was 20ish each. I loved it so purchased just the IE2 on another site for $22. I couldn't find it for that price again so began searching for something much cheaper than the 90 tag on the product site. This stuff is pretty much identical! It makes my bags disappear! I also use it on my deep laugh lines and it does shrink them but they do no go away like the bags. It does make the neck line smooth as well. For the price, I love it. I use just a dab or smaller under each eye. I use more on my laugh lines and it also works excellent for the turkey neck too! I use Laura gellar powder makeup and it has no effect on the LPH LAB eye cream. I do believe liquid make up would probably take away the effect of it so there's that. Liquid also effect the gen u cel too so I'm thinking none of this type stuff will work with liquid foundation, JMO. LPH LAB leaves NO white residue. It does have a smell to it. I have major migraines caused by perfume smell and this does not give me a migraine, it's just not the best of smell to me but it works and the smell dissipates quickly. I will always keep a stock of this stuff! You cannot beat the price for the results you get!!! On the pic the arrow shows no bag on the side I used the cream. The X you can clearly see my bag. It works!

I have used this cream for over two years. It worked very well for me. It took time to get used to just the right amount to eliminate the white residue. Unfortunately the last tube I purchased does not work. They have changed the formula.

The one I received is 12/8/2023 of the manufacturing date, not as stated in your description. The expiry date is 12/8/2026, and there is just one year left. And it doesn't work as before. Waste my money!

Definite tightening effect on the bags under my eyes that lasts a few hours. It smells lovely and doesn't leave a horrible white powdery chalkiness that similar products do.

First off, you need to experiment with this product to get the correct amount for you. Too little and you likely won't like the results. Too much and.... yes, it will completely smooth out your undereye to look like a flawless canvas, but just wait until you try to smile after it's completely dry! Your under-eye skin will crease and crack in unnatural places and you'll end up swapping the eye-bag problem with other problems. Plus, it'll feel very uncomfortable as this product is super drying. Additionally, despite being very fair-skinned, too much product will leave a white residue that will eventually crack and flake. I've also found that this product is not compatible with makeup. It needs to be applied on clean, dry skin so putting it on overtop of concealer or colour corrector doesn't work well as the product cannot reach your skin. Applying makeup over the product (once it dries and sets) will cause the product to loosen its tightness, and since the texture of your skin will be different after the product dries, concealer or colour corrector will not go on smoothly. Either way, I find that my makeup curdles and I have to start all over. What works for me may not work for you (which is why I suggest lots of experimenting) but for me, applying the product JUST to the bottom of the baggy area works best, NOT all across the bottom of my eye and crow's feet area. Applying in the trough line can result in that white residue and accentuate your troughs as the product gradually loses its hold over the hours you have it on. So just the bottoms of the baggy area, and just an average amount of product seem to work best for me. And I don't apply enough to make the bags go away entirely. That seems to be the key for me. The bags are reduced, but I still look natural and my skin isn't so tight & dry feeling. I also practice one or two facial expressions (smile, squint) after it is dried in order to break the hold just a little bit. This also makes it look more natural, and I can see if need a bit more or if I've put on too much. Pros: - not super expensive - easy to apply - pleasant scent that goes away pretty quickly - dry time is fast - long-lasting... several hours, which is impressive - easy to wipe off/clean eye area and re-apply during the day if needed (do not apply overtop of existing product) Cons: - Super drying (be sure to gently cleanse the area well when removing makeup and apply an eye mask or good eye cream that'll work while sleeping) - White residue can happen - Cannot be worn over or under makeup products (at least for me) - Eye area may crease and crack in unexpected areas once product sets -- check yourself in the mirror

This cream does tighten the skin and the wrinkles and puffines is reduced temporarily as advertised. The problem is when you apply concealer on top. No matter how long I wait between the two products, the result is the same, the clump-like cakey grainy texture is terrible. I thought is was the brand of concealer and tried several only to realise that it was this cream all along. I can only apply it at night, before bed, when nothing else will come in contact with the product. By morning the tightening effect is over. Do not recommend.
