Purchased 2 of these beds. Great quality and functionality. one of the beds had a vibration and when we reported to the seller a new table was sent to us no questions asked. Provided them with a video and the table was replaced. Great customer service

Nice table. I bought this same table in a different color about 6 years ago and liked it so much that I bought a second one. The main issue with the newer one is that the head rests no longer have a support that keeps it from falling all the way through, like my first one did. A friend of mine got one a couple of years ago and apparently it also didn't have the support either! Adding back the 2 strips of vinyl would make a big difference and be less annoying!

The coat of the aluminum started to peel off after 2 years. It will start to look so old and it will need another coat soon. It will make a sound and it will need to be oiled from time to time. I would not place anyone over 150 pound on it.

Table was missing a small part and seller sent it to me right away. Nice save on their part!

The cost is great compared to similar products and it shipped within a reasonable timeframe. It was also quite easy to assemble. The only issue is that it is VERY noisy and squeaks a lot. I emailed their customer service to try and get some advice or at least the owner's manual and they have not been very communicative. Update 12/16/2025: -followed another reviewer's advice and used wd-40 white lithium grease at ALL joints and it worked so well!

I've had this table for just under a year. It works great! However, within the past 2 months it had become very noisy whenever someone sits on it. Makes my patients nervous.
