Very pleased with the cooler. It’s so nice to have cold and hot water so handy. It doesn’t take up too much room and the water is ready in a small amount of time. I have had no problems with leaking. I do have to tilt my water bottle as it doesn’t fit under the spout, Highly recommend.

Works amazing nice cold water and hot water. I like that the hot water button has a locking mechanism.

I absolutely love my water dispenser! Love that it has both warm and cold water. Yes, there’s no room temperature available but I’m happy with it. It doesn’t make a loud noise, easy to use and it’s rather fast as dispensing the water. The buttons make it easy to use and it looks great.

I listened to the instructions where you wait 4 hours of it being upright before plugging in. Once plugged in, there are switches on the back to turn on hot and cold water. The hot water worked fairly quickly and gets extremely hot. However, the cold water never worked. Even after 18 hours, it never got cold, just room temperature. The worst part though it the excessive leaking. I just placed a 5 gallon water container on it and by the next morning 3 gallons of water was all over my floor. So within a 24 hour span, the compressor for the cold water doesn't work and leaks enough water within that time frame to lose about 3 gallons of water onto your floor.

I bought this unit Feb 2022. Cold water is "cool" but not cold. We never really used the hot water feature much, but it worked. Jump ahead to Feb 2025 and I walk downstairs to find a puddle on the floor. Take the bottle off, clean up the mess, put a new bottle on, same result. Guess I was spoiled, Previously I had bought a used unit from my local svc provider for like $15, had it like 10 years. Spent $119 on this one for it to only last me 3 years.

Water is nice and cold and easy to mount the water bottle if you have the correct cap. It is a little difficult if you go old school and choose not to get the easy fill cap.

The cold water is nice and cold and hot water hot enough for soup or tea.I have a suspicion that people who have a problem with the cold or hot water have not read directions. It says not to plug in before drawing water through hot side, and like anything with a compressor, it should just sit for at least 4 hours (I always let them sit over night) before turning on. This is because the liquid and gasses need to settle before they begin circulating or there may be bubbles in system, leading to poor circulation and poor performance. The hot water side can be damaged if operated without water.That being said, the unit is great. I removed the “splash guard” and use it with a zero water filter. Once again, read instructions. No need to manufacture a gasket with leftover foam and tape to make it work…. Just read.Hopefully it lasts because it are is nice having icy cold or steaming hot water on demand.
