I can’t give this a fair review because I took it without really hitting the Candida fight hard enough in other ways. You have to avoid sugars too and I wasn’t doing that, so this had no chance of solving anything all by itself. It’s definitely a support product, but you have to do the rest all on your own. I will say that I believe it still helped anyway. Not long after I started taking it daily, every night before bed, I began to start having normal bm’s that are the ideal s-curve and a normal color. I haven’t seen that in YEARS. I am on GLp-1 right now too though, so that’s an additional factor. Not sure how any of it works together but I am enjoying the current circumstances. I would definitely try this again.

I will take anything necessary even though I didn't like the taste. I followed directions and use up the bottle. No change. Maybe it will help some folks.

If you keep with this supplement it will really help you in the long run. If you experience mild symptoms of headache or nausea that's okay in the short term- it just means you have a very unbalanced system and it's a good thing you started to take this product! Stick with it if that happens, even a little bit, because it will dissipate after about a week or so, and you won't have those symptoms as your body becomes balanced again. Yeast infections be gone, naturally! Recommended!
