Great first set but second set was different

I was going to give theses a 5 on the first set of theses that came, they were fab, easy to use, very quick to get open and just fab! Unfortunately I ordered a second set they were not so great! Completely different package, very hard to get them open and once open the whole at the top was sharp. Will not be ordering more
