Excellent product....
I surely recommend this for skin and hair growth, it is really effective, I have seen difference by regular use. Easy to swallow... I have been using these capsules for improving the good cholestrol level. The quality of the product is good - and I being a vegetarian do not find any fishy smell or intolerable burp post taking the capsule.

Easy to swallow
Looks and taste is ok. It does not have bad smell and easy to swallow. Good for dry skin person l, hair growth and some heart benifits as well.. I ate every alternate days.

Fish oil ?
I am a little doubtful about the product. Before this I had used fish oil capsules from many different company. But this nirvasa fish oil capsule is different. I had taken out a single capsule from the container and punctured it with a pin. The liquid that ozed out, did not produce any fish like smell at all. I doubt the product. After that went on to search for review from different sources, and I never find any positive review about this product.

Perfect one of all the Omega 3 supplements I have tried so far!
The best part for me is this products ease of digestion leaving no after-taste, burps, etc. Perfect balance of Omega 3 with EPA and DHA and doesn't bring noticeable results in your cognition, joints health and workout once taken regularly for couple of weeks. I take a capsule right after breakfast or with Protein-shake and it works perfectly for me.

Taste Standard and fine. Not sure about Triple Strength.
My first time with Nirvasa. Nothing to dislike or like about the product. If the claimed potency is true i.e 560 mg EPA, 400 mg DPA then this is a great buy. The taste is standard Omega 3. The point is that for a 1350 mg soft gel, with that calmed potency, it is the smallest size wise in the category that I have ever had. The others at similar strength levels are significantly bigger e.g. Wow or Boldfit (triple strength seems off the market currently) Still giving it 4 stars, currently.
