Dorm Shelving! Must!
The greatest dorm shelves! Fits perfectly over the mini fridge. Very sturdy, easy to put together and exactly what we was looking for!

Very sturdy, easy to assemble!
Great product--VERY STURDY and easy to assemble. There are many manufacturers of wire shelving units, and you have to be careful because some of them are quite flimsy and the shelves may begin to sag if you load them up. Was extremely pleased with how extra-sturdy this unit was. Using it to hold canned goods for my church's food pantry, and it's the perfect solution to our storage problem!

Stackable, fairly sturdy, good for small space
Didn't realize you could stack 2 of these, wound up buying a second to stack. Turned out to be the best feature. 2 different lots, shelves still fit together perfectly. Not too high when stacked (which may be good or bad depending on what you want). Of course, you will need to anchor it to a wall and/or, make the bottom shelf heaviest so it does not tip. I bought 2" locking wheels for easy moving in a pantry. Width between shelf wires is a little wide, appx. 27.8 mm. You will need shelf lining (or similar) if you have smaller items. Overall, seems fairly sturdy for basic, everyday use.

Extra simple to assemble, and extremely sturdy.
This was the EASIEST shelf system to put together I have ever purchased. The directions were a little odd, very few words and pictures that were no help, but the part labels were clear enough and that was all I needed. I find it amusing that so many others who purchased this say they needed a mallet to put this together. I needed nothing at all, and it's all due to the genius design of the shelf parts. The kit comes with 4 short poles and 4 long ones that attach with a coupler bushing that screws in to one end of both, they just twist together with your hands. The feet also just twist in, so that all that is left is attaching them to the shelves. There's a bag of these shelf support clips - this is what is brilliant. The way the clip together, around the legs of the shelving, if you look very closely at them one end is slightly wider than the other once they are snapped together, and this is by design. You can easily measure the distance on each leg because there are indented markings that you can count, and they're all exactly in the same place. You snap a shelf support clip in to place on the desired spot, making sure that the narrower part of the clip is pointed toward the top. Once all 4 clips are in place for the first shelf (always do the bottom one first!!) then you just slide the shelf down on to the clip, and the shelf is snug! Once I got the first shelf in place at the desired height from the ground that I wanted, I set the frame upright so that the empty poles were pointing up. Then I just snapped 4 more clips on at the spot I wanted my next shelf, slid the shelf down onto to the clip, pushing the shelf holder down over that narrowest part of the clip and once it reached the widest part, it is forced to stop in place. I repeated the next two shelves the same way. These shelves don't bow in the middle like plastic shelving does. I got this to store all my paint supplies, leaving the bottom shelf just high enough to store a set of gallon cans below it. Once I figured out the design of those clips, my job was easy. No place in the instructions is it discussed about the clip design (there are no actual words other than the names of the parts) - so it took me a few minutes to notice how, when the clips are snapped together, one end is slightly wider than the other. The ease and sturdiness of these shelves is fabulous. I am a 59 year old woman and was able to put this kit together in about a half an hour, and part of that time was deciphering the funky instructions! I am impressed. I love these, perfect size and height for what I needed. I purchased the 4-Tier Shelving Unit: 250 lbs per shelf with intentions of storing all my gallons of paint, plus my miter saw which will go on the second shelf from the bottom. Yes, I have my own miter saw.

Nice Value
Great rack, easy to put together and relatively study. I would put heavier items on bottom shelf though.

Super strong and sturdy, bought an extra shelf b/c 5 shelves were too far apart
Bought this for my pantry. It came very well packed with no damage at all. It has a nice chrome finish to it and I ordered the Frienda 18x24 shelf liners (they fit perfectly) for them so smaller items would sit upright and wouldn't fall through. Assembly was a breeze, though I would suggest planning ahead and determining at what heights you want to place each shelf because although it's definitely do-able, it's sort of a pain to adjust a shelf height once the unit is assembled. I combined this one, with 3 other units in different sizes b/c I needed the right combination of shelves in sizes to fit my pantry space. This one is rated at 250lbs capacity. The other shelves I bought are rated at 90lb capacity. There is a clear and obvious difference. These posts are 1" diameter and the 90# posts are 5/8" diameter. The shelves themselves are also clearly sturdier and stronger. The wires are thicker and there is absolutely no give at all. That being said, for my use in a kitchen pantry, there is no way I need weight capacity anywhere close to the 250# that these are rated at. My heaviest items are my mixer, cast iron dutch oven, Costco sized jugs of oils and vinegars, and cases of dog food. For me, the heft is overkill, but the dimensions worked so the overkill sturdiness is just a bonus. If you're using this in a workroom or garage space though, this heft would easily hold 5 gallon buckets of paint and most tools. It comes with 5 shelves and 72" poles. I found that 5 shelves spread out over 72" gives me too much wasted space between shelves. Again, I am using this in my kitchen pantry, so in general, my items are not all that tall. I ordered an extra shelf, and the 6 shelf configuration creates the perfect spacing for me. This extra shelf that I ordered happens to have a 600# capacity (selected for dimensions and not capacity), so it's even sturdier, visually thicker and is noticeable as being an "add-on". The style and design is the same though, so it doesn't look odd, it's just a thicker version of the shelves that come with this. This rack is very long, therefore if you set the bottom rack higher, you can place heavy bulky things on the floor. We also got heavy duty wheels (also from Amazon) for it so we can move the rack easily. Very sturdy and easy to built. We placed this in our mechanical room. By having more storage space, we now have room for a freezer in our mechanical room.

Absolutely suburb I have a metal wardrobe similar to this and ive had that for 15 years so knew what to expect. Easy to put together and can be easily dismantled if I need to.very pleased.

Whoever designed this should be in jail. And whoever defined it as heavy duty should be in jail, too. Extremely poor design and it’s not possible to be precise on shelf position. You select a height and then the selves basically sit wherever they feel like. I intended to buy more and luckily I purchased one only to see how it was. I’m definitely not purchasing more.
