this is either the best or real close to it for authentic Mexican tortillas. Easy to use and taste's great.

This is very superior masa from non gmo, organic heritage corn varieties. Masienda has great instructional videos on how to make tortillas. All you do is mix in water, roll out or use a tortialla press, and flip iit into a dry pan. Much more expensive than the masa from the grocery but the quality is superb.

My husband and I are gluten free, and I’m also grain free. After happening across a YouTube video about masa harina, I wanted to try making tortillas and tortilla chips for him since the corn is soaked and might be more easily digestible. They were super easy and tasted good, although the recipe on the bag and others I looked at didn’t include any salt, and my husband wants be to add some next time. I don’t have a tortilla press and gave up my rolling pin after going grain free, so I pressed the tortillas between two cutting boards, which worked pretty well, but I need to roll the tortillas a little thinner next time. Having said that, my first attempt went pretty well overall. The tortillas held together and were soft and flexible, and I made (salted) tortilla chips in my air fryer with the leftovers. I will continue to use and would recommend.

As for testing the Masienda Heirloom Yellow Corn Masa Harina product it was real good. Only issue I had is that the package had a break where the product leaked. I informed the seller and they never responded to me. Not a deal breaker but reflects poorly on Masienda.
