I had mulled purchasing a thermal label printer for a few years. I resisted because of the waxed paper backing, since it gets disposed of versus being recycled. What I was doing instead was laser-printing out a label on standard 8.5" x 11" paper, cutting it out, then pasting it onto the package. When I looked at the reality of this, the environmental impact of laser energy use, toner manufacturing, vape from the toner being heated and bonded to the paper, and then questioning whether or not the rest of the sheet was being recycled were offset by the thermal printer. What ultimately pushed me other the edge to purchase this printer was the fact that I started using Veriswap. The shear quantity of laser printed labels would have been much more impactful than purchasing this compact printer that, well, just does what it is supposed to. I am very happy with both the printer, the ease of printing, and the app for my iPhone. I print from both my PC, through USB cable, and wirelessly from my iPhone, both of which are super easy. The wireless connectivity is such a bonus feature. Currently, I'm using Nelko's, which are of good quality. I will be looking to swap for a more sustainable solution in the future. I have to research as those are still hard to come by.

This thing is amazing. Super fast, nice clear print, good label quality. It's a little finicky to get the labels to feed straight but easy enough to pull out and reposition. Quick to set up on phone too.

Just received the label printer a few days ago. The packaging was good, and it shipped fast. Is fairly small, approx 7" x 5" x 5" which is plenty of room for a 4x6 label.It gives the option of printing "drawings" stored internally, so I started with that. With this printer it suggests that you use their phone app which was free to get from the app store. When using the printer you are actually printing the image of the shipping label. Which really means nothing, just a different print button to press. The labels will feed themselves into the printer. Just line them up by eye, and push the label in the back or use the lever to open it and place it that way. The machine will move it in, and out to position it to the correct starting point. The printer works great, and after printing the first label the second label only took a few seconds. Would definitely buy again. Comes with a small stack of labels, 25 or 50.

But, it's a little not ready for the US. The driver still has a submenu in Chinese. Not the easiest to install but then I don't do much of that these days. /{Edit/update} It's a PIA on Win10. I could not get it to share. I ended up having to hack the registry in two places. Not much punkin'. The app (android) is pretty useless too. Unfriendly on printing - trying to get shipping labels off the phone and on to the printer. I did get it to work with my product labels and a 2" square if I buy special rolls. For the price it's not bad but I regret not just buying a zebra as I eluded too. Bluetooth is nice, WiFi was what I really wanted. / The biggest flaw is the gap setting in the driver will only allow for full integer millimeters. I bought a roll of round labels and their gap was 1.7mm and so it was impossible to use (and unfortunately return). The driver also made it impossible to setup for the initial position. What I mean is you could not clip centre of two or it auto detect the actual start of sticker. They do have some that still have the unused portion of the sticker outside of the die cut - so, they are said to work with it. I don't know how it will last and it is new, it's value for the price point but it's no Zebra. I'd still buy again. But, it's not quite perfected.

Easy setup with a great app. It is very easy to print from your phone (this is how I print). I use this printer for shipping labels and custom prints. I am very happy with this printer. This is a great shipping label printer that I would recommend. It has made my life so much easier. (I also got a printer stand, which I 100% recommend purchasing)

It was straight out of the box and plug-and-play—the easiest setup I've experienced. I was printing labels quickly and with zero fuss, which is exactly what you want when handling shipments. ​The accompanying app is easy to use and intuitive, making it simple to print from my phone via Bluetooth. Imprime super rapido, no le hace falta tinta, vienen muchas pegatinas incluidas, ademas de un pen drive y un adaptador, se conecta con una aplicación al movil y es super facil de manejar estoy encantado ya que envio muchos paquetes.

Die Installation ist sehr einfach wenn man die nötigen Treiber, die dabei sind, installiert. Die Bluetooth Verbindung über Handy sowie über Laptop klappt schnell und reibungslos. Man stellt die korrekte Etikettengrösse ein und dann kann es auch schon losgehen. Wir drucken damit nur DHL Versandlabels und das klappt gut, sowohl mit der Größe der originalen DHL Etiketten (103x199 , dazu muss man allerdings im Drucker bei den Druckeinstellungen ein Custom Label anlegen mit den passenden Maßen, also 103x199). Mit den Labels, die dabei waren (4“ x 6“) klappt es auch. Hier sollte man allerdings die Größe im DHL Geschäftskundenportal vorher anpassen. Aber alles kein Aufwand. Nun zum wichtigsten, der Drucker erkennt auch automatisch die Größe indem man neue Labels einfach einlegt und die Taste auf den Drucker etwa 3 Sekunden drückt. Danach fährt der Drucker das eingelegte Label mehrfach ab und kennt dann die Maße und alles ist kalibriert. Die Stärke sollte man etwas hochdrehen, ich habe sie bei 8, damit sind alle Barcodes perfekt lesbar. Und außerdem druckt der Drucker sehr schnell. Das perfekt gerät für kleinere Firmen, die nicht 100e Label am Tag drucken. Anders auch wenn es mal mehr wird, macht der Drucker eine gute Figur. Klare Empfehlung!
