I'm so disappointed with what I've received. Upon opening the box, I noticed that one of the shelves was notably bent, but I chose to make it the bottom shelf, and overlook it. As I start to try to put it together its one thing after the other. The instructions are not helpful whatsoever, the black clips don't lock together around the poles properly, several of the little black plug pieces are cracked/broken off, and only one of the 4 feet would screw into the pole properly. I drove myself crazy trying to figure out how to make this thing work to avoid having to send it back, but unfortunately it looks as if I'm going to have to as there's no way to assemble it properly with so many defects. I like the idea of it so much that I might try to reorder, but I'm afraid I'm only going to be disappointed again.UPDATE: So I ended up keeping the unit as it would've been too much of a hassle to return it. It took me a while, but I was able to force together a few of the pieces that weren't locking together. The plastic bumper pieces weren't important so I was able to forego them altogether. The bent shelf I was able to hide at the bottom. I had to do without both the feet and wheels because neither would screw into the bottom of the poles properly. However, I'm able to use the shelf without them. Besides all of that, the shelf looks nice in my laundry room and holds quite a bit of my husband's military gear. If you're as lucky as the other reviewers and get one that's not defective, it's a nice shelf.

The rack arrived poorly packed with the zip ties that held it all together broken. The finish was damaged as well as the 2 larger racks being bent. The design isn't too flimsy and is suited for my needs although I just wish it had come with wheels instead of knobs. Overall for the price it is functional so long as the buyer remembers that it came from China which means it passed through a lot of hands and traveled many miles.

I have purchased these types of easy to assemble shelves many times, and bought this one for my son expecting it to be the same quality as previous units. I was very disappointed; the shelves are thin and bent, the extended arm held two shirts before breaking, and the overall quality is poor. The shelves won't hold any substantial weight. If I had seen it when he first opened it I would have returned it, at this point it will stay in his garage. I would not recommend this brand. If I could give half a start I would.

This unit turned out to be very practical and useful for my needs. I am using it in our garage as an organizing system for all ofmy outdoor and camping gear. It is serving that purpose PERFECTLY! Love the hang bar and that there is ample space on the very top as well as the bottom to really stack it up! Totes arrange and stack very nicely. Assembly was not difficult at all. At first the unit seems a bit flimsy but once it is set and items are arranged, it anchors down nice and solid. I am purchasing another one as a matter of fact! I am placing it next to the one I have to create even more organizational space! I would recommend buying it.

very light weight rack- great for the price but not very sturdy. Suggest usage limited to xmas decorations that will stay in place for 11 months and minimum weight- the clothes hanger is a joke, needed to drill holes and add S hooks
