This works so much better than the squeeze bottles. It’s pricier than the other options, but it helps speed up the process and applies the right pressure so I think it’s worth the extra money. The way the device is designed makes it easy to hold and use, and it’s not overly loud. Overall, it’s a good option if you do frequent nasal rinses.

I’ve been through 2 NeilSpa units. Functionally, they’re not bad except the reservoir being impossible to see though if the salt is dissolved. The problem is using AAs and a battery cover that doesn’t seal well so itfails quickly. It also uses batteries quickly. Next was the Tilcare. Yes, technically USB charging…with a USB-A to a proprietary end connected to the unit. I could look over that if it didn’t leak terribly at the base of the stem/wand. If you get lucky and hold it just right to minimize the leaking, it vibrates so bad it makes you feel like your nose is a speed bag for a boxer. Finally this unit. It’s early yet but it’s easy to tell it won’t be returned after only 2 uses. It seems well built, charges with USB-C, and no leaks. The multiple tips are nice so you can find the one that’s just right. Time will tell how long it lasts but for now, it’s a winner!

Update my review. After some delay, the company sent me a replacement, which I appreciate. Overall, it’s an effective product and I’m happy they stood behind it. **************************** I’ve had this nasal irrigation product for about two years and was initially really happy with it. I used it a few times every month, and it consistently delivered relief—especially during allergy season. Easy to use, effective, and felt like a good investment at the time. Unfortunately, it recently stopped charging out of nowhere. I’ve tried everything—different outlets, cables, you name it—but no luck. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and haven’t gotten a single response. For a product at this price point, I expect better durability and basic customer support. Really disappointed. I would’ve recommended this before, but now I can’t in good conscience. A product is only as good as the support behind it.

Many spray intensity options, extra nasal nibs and easy charge. The most significant feature on this, is it actually sucks up all the solution. I've had many of these electric and manual irrigation devices and most just leave a fair amount of the solution behind due to poor design. The tube is usually too short or badly placed to pump up the bottom remaining liquid. This does a great job using all of the liquid prepared.

Great to rinse out your sinuses. I get sinus infections and allergy flares up often. This rinse machine is very helpful with clearing my sinuses. Works similar to a manual squeeze bottle sinus rinse. Had both of my two children try it out as well when they had stuffy noses. They said it worked good and helped them breathe better. Highly recommend.

I am leary of nasal irrigation because there are many avenues for bacteria and infection if not done correctly. Because of the allergens, I decided to give this one a try. It was easy to use and instructions were easy to follow. There is a range to select the flow/power. I like that it is small and has several sizes for nasal plugs. As for cleaning, it is easy to disassemble and easy to sterile using whatever product you choose. The tubing and ball at end of tubing can also be cleaned easily. After cleaning, make sure you turn the water container upside down to assure all water empties so it can dry. The product does as it states and makes your nasal passages feel good. +

Great machine, gentle on the sinuses, but can perform more aggressively with different modes. Love how the suction empties the reservoir completely. Also, like the extra way to add water with the little door. Rechargeable ability makes it a must buy. Plus, the 300 ml reservoir. Saline packets that come with the unit are the best on the market, easy on the sinuses, less expensive than “NeilMed” packets and have more product.

I just got this device a few minutes ago. I first read the instructions, super easy and informative. Then I chose a nozzle that best fit the opening of my nostril and snapped it in. Now I have it charging next to my bed. Once it's fully charged I will try it out morning. That's the time of the day when I am most congested. I used to use a "Navage" nasal irrigation unit. However it was battery powered and had to buy salt/saline refills that specifically fit that unit and were expensive. At least with this system it is rechargeable and have a lot more inexpensive options for salt/saline refills for this system and a lot less expensive. I will know more after I use it for the first time tomorrow. However so far so good!!!

Viel besser als die Nasenduschen, die man in der Apotheke erhält. Aufsätze passen gut für den Einsatz. Der Akku hält sehr lange, aber der absolute Gamechanger ist hier die Pumpe und die verschiedenen Modi!!! Preislich ebenfalls top! Auch für Sensibelchen wie mich eine angenehme Nasenspülung (kleiner Tipp: lauwarme Salzlösung verwenden - ich packe hierzu den Wasserbehälter kurz in die Mikrowelle. Zudem stelle ich die Salzlösung auf Vorrat her und fülle sie noch heiß in kleine verschließbare Gläser.)

Excellente machine pour se nettoyer les sinus et le nez. Ce qui aide à se déboucher le nez, limite les ronflements la nuit (si on l'utilise avant d'aller faire dodo). On l'utilise sans fil, il est équipé d'une batterie qui se charge par USB (câble fournit) et tient vraiment longtemps. Note: La prise 220V/transfo n'est pas fournie.

Sehr gut in der Handhabung und leicht anzuwenden. Angenehmer Wasserdruck, gründliche Reinigung und hygienisch in der Nutzung. Handlich, gut verarbeitet und auch für Anfänger bestens geeignet. Eine praktische Hilfe für die tägliche Nasenpflege.
