Working perfectly. Doesn’t look refurbished at all! The price and performance are well balanced. Excellent value for the money.

Laptop did not boot. Either, it was damaged in shipment or was not previously repaired.

The laptop was in expellant condition, almost like new. Every thing worked, and after upgrading ram to 32 gb I am quite pleased with it. Two very minor gripes - this thing is heavy!! I use it to read and browse while in bed and it is a bit unwieldy due to weight and size. Also, the boot protection HP installed on it makes for a rather slow bootup, but this is a minor complaint and definitely not a deal breaker. Overall a great pc with HP quality.

There is a lot to love about this laptop. I wanted a laptop with an ethernet port, and downloading when on the ethernet is super fast. It has more power and memory than I would usually pay for when buying a new one. The one big drawback is that the battery drains within a couple of hours when using and in half a day when on standby; not a problem most of the time because I use it in a single location and can keep plugging it back in, but it would be a problem if I took it somewhere without a ready power outlet. The other annoyance is that the touchpad is so sensitive it clicks when I don't want it to (I turned off hover, but that did not cure it); I avoid the problem by using a separate mouse.

It's good for about a year, now some keys don't work and it's not booting up. I even added memory and it crashes sometimes. Not recommended.

Supposedly refurbished laptop was defective. I had it sent directly to my computer expert, who is my cousin. He reported to me that there were lines across the screen. Screen wasn't cracked, but didn't function correctly. We returned it to Amazon, and are awaiting a refund.

Great value and good laptop. Shipped and delivered as expected. would buy again.

The product specs for the 15.6 version are wrong it doesn't have iris XE graphics it has UHD 620.

This is a used product.And very weak battery And it heats up quickly.

Equipo es RENOVADO, la publicación no lo especifica. En general llego en muy buenas condiciones y con cagador original, pantalla táctil, lector de huellas, funciona todo muy bien.

abstenganse de comprar con este vendedor, la maquina me duró menos de un año, el problema es que la parte de la pantalla venía sin tornillos para acoplarla a las bisagras al recibirla no lo notas hasta que al pasar del tiempo todo se afloja y te das cuenta que le faltan piezas. Lastima que amazon les de la certificación Renew sin de verdad verificar que el producto fue restaurado con la calidad debida.
