It arrived quickly in a bubble wrap envelope. No damage to item. The necklace comes in a 'jewelry box' which to me is stunning! First it is a triangle shape and covered in a sparkle type pattern which my girlfriend loved. Inside the box has padded white walls, lid and bottom. The necklace is inside a small plastic bag. The necklace itself is just as shown with a clean clear image of a squirrel and the wording 'I love you forever'. A big hit with my girlfriend! The quality is perfect especially at this price, it doesn't appear cheap. The chain maybe dainty but that's how it's supposed to be around a ladies neck....she doesn't need to look like Mr.T! I had purchased a 20” slender box chain for this and easily switched it. I wanted it a bit longer and with a chain I feel comfortable wearing 24/7. This is just fabulous.!
