I've been having problems with my feet and legs swelling and the doctors suck and their only answer is to wear shoes in the house and wear compression socks. 🤬 God forbid they ever go a little further to figure out what the hell is going on, right? Well I bought bought ice packs that were for ft and they velcroed and I absolutely love them but they weren't enough. I needed to do something about the swelling in my calves as well and these are absolutely perfect and they were affordable.

My daughter runs track and has had shin splints this season. This has worked really well to help with the shin splints. I will be purchasing another one for the other leg!
