I bought this because I was interested in owning a hand pan and I didn't want to spent insane amounts of money for one or one that's ginormous so I found this one, It was very reasonably priced and came very in tune but the highest pitch note kind of lost its tune after 2 weeks that being said , Do I recommend this for someone who also wants to try this instrument? 110% It's alot of fun and its added to my collection of instruments, iv even earned a couple bucks playing it on the street Overall a great purchase in my opinion! It has entertained me for hours and is somewhat portable with the bag they sent with the pan but now I think I'm ready for a better one I also like very much the sound of the notes I think its g minor? I really like the sound of the key of G for some reason. I have a D Minor Kurd that sounds too low and mellow I may return that cost a lot more and is 22 in. I like the smaller size of this handpan as well. It was delivered and left in the hot sun over a hundred degrees and was too hot to touch when I unboxed it. Then when it cool down I noticed the trim was coming off. I don't know if that was because the sun melts the glue or if it's just poor quality. For now I tried some super glue and Scotch tape to hold it down while it dries to see if that helps. There is no braided cord that comes on the edge of this like most of the other hand pans do. Also the bag to carry it in is very poor quality and you may as well use a paper shopping bag. I ordered the blue 18 inch drum in the key of G as well to compare the two. It looks like it has the nicer carrying case, and it does have the braided cord. Also the finish looks a lot prettier especially with the blue cover. So I may end up keeping that one and returning this one. We'll see when it arrives which one sounds the best. Unfortunately I will have to make a decision on my 22-in before the blue 18 inch arrives. I may end up keeping them both. I don't know. I think I have a handpan problem. Lol

I liked the look and the size, but the sound was pretty quiet. The higher the tone, the quieter the sound. I did not expect premium quality for the price, but the resonance was disappointing. I send it back.

It arrives in very good condition without any dents, it's incredible, it sounds very good

Beautiful Handpan but one of the notes was very out of tune. The overall sound was OK but not great. I would say good for a kid, someone not serious about music, or someone wanting it for display only. You get what you pay for :( but for me, I am returning.
