Their engineering is still impressive and the support to the user community through things such as instructional videos, very good.I would have given 5 stars, however the item is now delivered with a flip up cap and not the spray mister shown on all of the advertising. This does make a difference. This fluid is expensive and the flip cap literally pours far more than is needed, especially onto small surfaces such as the credit card sized diamond sharpener, (a five star product!). It ends up on your hands and on the bench and is toxic.I bought a couple of empty 100ml atomiser bottles from, 'Aromabar', on Amazon and swapped the caps.
