Can you add this to ice cream?

I would not, I am not sure it would taste good, the syrup has to be used mixed with water or 7 UP and might be too strong undiluted on ice cream.

It is great for a nice refreshing Spring & Summer drink ...just add the mint syrup to sparkling water or still water over ice and Viola ! Enjoy !
