If you’ve never owned a Sphynx cat, imagine a greased-up baby seal with the attitude of a Victorian landlord—and the digestive stability of a blender full of regret. My majestic, hairless goblin developed what can only be described as **“turbo bum.”** The kind of situation where you don’t walk behind him unless you’re wearing goggles and emotional armor. I was *this close* to bubble-wrapping the entire house. Enter **Johnson’s Diarrhea Tablets.** These tiny heroes turned my sphynx from a runaway chocolate fountain into a respectable, non-chaotic member of society. Within a day, his backside went from “biohazard zone” to “clean enough that I no longer fear sitting on my own furniture.” He even struts around now like he knows he’s no longer leaving skid-mark Morse code on every surface. Confidence restored. Household sanity restored. Laundry load dramatically reduced. Would absolutely recommend to any sphynx owner whose bald little dragon has a runny bum. These tablets saved my floors, my nose, and quite possibly my relationship.

Can't be completely sure my dog's diarrhoea improved just because of this, as I was trying various things at the same time (hence only 4 stars), but his diarrhoea did go away with this. One thing I really like about these tablets is that they're small enough to hide in treats for a small dog (my dog is 4kg), whereas I'd previously bought tablets which were far too big to do so, messy to break up, and which instructed I give my dog a higher quantity of them than the Johnson's tablets required I give. So it was easier to provide this medication in his treats, as not only was each pill was smaller, but fewer tablets in total were required. The pills also have lines across them, where you can easily snap the pills without a pill cutter, which makes them even easier to hide, in case your dog starts getting suspicious about receiving so many treats (as mine did!). In general I've come to really trust the Johnson's brand, so I felt safe giving my dog these, and I would try these again should my dog ever have diarrhoea again. Note that if you have a medium to large dog, you will need more than one of these packets in order to provide your dog with the recommended number of tablets for 3 days. Fortunately for my dog, at 4kg, we received exactly the right number of tablets in this packet to cover the recommended 3 days of treatment (4 tablets a day for 3 days for a small dog). I found the price for one packet of these tablets to be value for money, considering that for my dog, only one packet was required to provide complete treatment.

Work great if your dog has an upset stomach (which is bound to happen at some point). We took our puppy to the vet the first time he had diarrhoea (9months old after eating beef trachea). It was £150 for an injection, special food and probiotic powder. After 3 days he still wasn’t completely recovered so we tried this and it worked great the same day. Now we have some in the house just in case so we don’t end up racing around trying to find some when disaster strikes again (most recently with split antler horn). Crush them up to make it easier to give your dog if you need. The price here is much better than our local shop as well.

Excellent product! I was struggling with my dog’s diarrhea, and after using this, he improved significantly. Highly recommend it for dogs with sensitive stomachs.

Well it does what it’s supposed to but not for long term use. My kitten was suffering from diarrhoea and this really helped but after the recommended dose the diarrhoea continued. I took her to vet and I was advised to feed my kitten bland food for couple of days and if it still doesn’t get better they can run few more test. Lo behold my kitten got better after I started feeding her bland chicken and Cooked white fish. After that I stopped feeding my kitten packet wet food cause I noticed whenever I gave her this she would get diarrhoea after. Now my kitten eats mixture of dry food and small quantities of bland chicken and fish. I have also introduced her to small quantities of safe to eat vegetables. She’s a happy kitten now but keeps acting cute for more food 😂😂. Breaks my heart to keep refusing but I want her to live long and healthy life.
