This is another staple supplement that is well-proven to help with long-term brain health and, more immediately, reduce the stress hormone cortisol. Where I take L-Tyrosine to help with motivation and focus while under stress, Phosphatidylserine (PS) is what I use to cool down and recover from it. It's not a stimulant, there's no immediate "kick." It works in the background to regulate your body's stress response. The effect on mood can be quite noticeable, while the benefits for overall brain health are a long-term investment. I take mine after dinner. The clinically effective dosage is 300mg (two capsules), but it's flexible. On more relaxed days, taking just one 150mg capsule is a great strategy if you're cost-conscious. The effects will of course vary from person to person. For me, it didn't necessarily make it easier to fall asleep, but I have definitely noticed I'm less irritable and have a longer fuse, even during stressful periods. It just helps take the edge off. The pills are small, odourless, easy to swallow, for £18, it's a fair price for a trusted brand quality. 5 stars.

Works really well - a must have for aging people as this compound degrades in the brain as you age. Start with 1 capsule once per day, then build up to 2 capsules. Immediate effects of relaxation, better sleep, better concentration, better recovery from stress - 6 weeks for optimal effects. Short term side effects feeling a bit tingly but nothing worrying.

If you usually get tired easily, I recommend you use this product. It obviously helps your body make optimal use of the energy it produces. For me that midday tiredness and sleepy head has significantly reduced since I started using it.

Ok. Overall I'm impressed by both the product and the way the company treats customers. My experience didn't start like that though. Originally I bought a bottle of this last year sometime and was very disappointed. I gave them one start and left the following review "Must be a really low purity of phosphatidylserine in this as you have to have incredibly large doses to get any effect, and I'm not comfortable with this as clearly the main thing you are ingesting is fillers. I won't be finishing the bottle. Thankfully I found a good source for this in the end at mind nutrition." However. I am happy to say that the product quality issues seem to have now been fixed. I do t know if I just had a bad bottle or they switched up manufacturers.. doesn't matter really. What's important is this: They emailed me out of the blue, apologising for the bad product I received. Giving me a full refund for it. And then sending me a fresh bottle of their latest batch for free. I was dubious, but figured there's no harm in giving that a go. I'm glad I did because they have now sorted the product out and it's working as expected 🙂. Hurrah! I hope the quality remains consistent and I will likely purchase another bottle at a later date when this one runs out. Tldr: Good company, good product, good price.

Arrived promptly. Is starting to improve sleep quality (depth) and sleep length after just a few days. Easy to take. Very pleased so far. Was suggested by my chiropractor.
