This 2013 version understands this and allows you to transfer as many roles as you like to your backroom staff and chairman so that you can just focus on the stuff you really care about. And you can keep the game moving as quickly as you choose to as a result. The training section is so much simpler and less cumbersome than in previous versions and the scouting is all set up for you in a logical way too, another area that was previously time-heavy. You now have a head scout to oversee things for you. While the level of detail is incredible, all those pointless press conferences and news items can be gotten rid of at a click of a button. This is without doubt the most customisable (if that is a word) version so far and that is without mentioning the improved interface and user friendliness, the improved realism of the costs of running a football club and above all the chance to work with the best Everton squad for years and take them to the Champions league and beyond.
