Absolutely love this product!Florida girl here with knees issues and these tapes are amazing. This product stays in place, water and humidity is not a factor, stays in place and is lightweight and not too sticky when you take it off. Very flexible and I walk more than 4 miles a day. Very comfortable.

These work great. Though you can only use it once, it doesn't stick we'll when refusing again. These are also a little tougher to get off so they're a little aggressive on the skin. I'd recommend not removing it and applying a new one consecutively. But using one for at most two days and then not again for another week at least. Or until the skin looks normal.

After wrecking my shoulder over the weekend this tape is all that got me through my week of rehearsals. I highly recommend this, it held great even while I was sweating, it’s soft on the skin but is still strong. No sticky residue when removed, easy to put on and take off.

Great quality and it works. The width is great for larger muscles. The general support can help retrain muscles and help relieve strain. It's easy to put on, just don't over stretch it because it will come off if too much strain is put on the tape. Other than that, it stays on well for 2-3 days. I did have to be careful pulling clothes off and on, as that caused the ends to roll up, but the major part of the tape stayed in place. I can react to some adhesives, but I had no issues with this tape.

Works really well and is super comfortable. I have endo which makes me extremely bloated and my stomach is heavy so I use this to help with the heavy feeling. I also have bad knees and this helps them not hurt so bad when I walk.

Holy cow! I have been using this type of tape for over 20 years due to lymphedema in my arm. I thought I had tried them all. Almost all of them barely make 48 hrs on my arm without starting to peal off or start to wrinkle and lift off. THIS tape is AMAZING!! I have had it on my hand for over 5 days! It isn't going anywhere and my hand is always in hot soapy water , or sweating due to wearing a compression glove and sleeve. This tape isn't budging. I'm a red head with skin that is allergic to everything and it isn't bothering me at all. I won't be buying any other brand after this.

I bought this because my physical therapist had been using kinesiology tape on my foot/leg and sometimes the tape wore out before my next appointment. However, this tape broke me out, whereas the tape from the PT office did not. I do know I have a sensitivity to some adhesives so I guess the different brands made a difference.

I tend to have allergic reactions.to adhesive so I was nervous to try a new brand, but mine was no longer available. However, I was pleased with this product. It stayed on for a few days--through workouts, showers, and outdoor activities.
