Mirrotek 3VU1448BK Triple View Professional Over The Door Dressing Mirror with 4 Mirrors, Black

I have had this mirror for over a year, use it every day and end up recommending it to my friends when they see it. The black finish looks pretty and modern. The mirror can be folded into a single, double, or triple mirror which is super awesome for doing hair, checking angles etc. Would be great for small spaces. My only issue is that mine does not hang straight, due to the door-hangers having slightly lopsided mounts. This doesn't bother me or affect the functionality. The backside of the mirrors is a nice black velvet material, not paper/cardboard like other full-lengths. The mirrors themselves to not seem warped nor do they bend. Each piece is solid and the hinges are sturdy.

Great mirror! Very happy with the purchase. I love being able to see everything from all angles, especially when I try on dresses and skirts. The mirror is a bit heavy, but I was still able to carry it up a flight of stairs, assemble the hangers to the back, and hang it on my walk-in closet door by myself. The mirror does tend to swing against the door if the door is closed too quickly... but, some Velcro Command Strips on the back of the mirror at the bottom fixed that problem. :)

Screws stripped from the lower hinge shortly after purchase. The issue is that the metal hinges are not centered on the side of the frame, so the uneven weight causes them to bend and stop swinging freely. Eventually the screws pop out because they are forced out by the bent hinges. I tried the DIY 'scripped hinge repair' tutorials that show you how to fixed them with some woodglue, a filler material (I used a wooden golf tee) and a screwdriver -- this worked temporarily, but because the causative factor is the hinge, not the screws themselves, the problem only recurs. The issue happened soon after purchase, but outside the Amazon return window--these guys really know how to game the Amazon seller system. Great concept but flawed execution.

I love this mirror! It fits great right behind my bedroom door on the wall. It folds up and I can easily see myself close or far away. I don’t think the mirror distorts very much either. The one thing I was confused about, is I thought originally when I bought it it did not say trifold mirror, I thought it said the two side pieces slid behind it. I am extremely happy that they are folding doors instead. And there is a Small magnet that keeps them closed when I fold it up.

I received this mirror and was immediately disappointed that the wood was not actually cherry, but a cherry veneer. While this was not too terribly surprising it was disappointing for the price I was hoping for real hardwood. That being said mirrors seem to command a high price on the market and this one is pretty decent as the mirror itself is of good size and provides adequate viewing at all angles with the triple view. Now if that was it I would have rated it five stars, but mine came with a manufacturing mistake were they put on a bad hinge so that when they closed up the mirror it didn't fold and instead split frame of the middle pane. I called mirrotek and got a hold of customer service quickly and they immediately said that they would send me a replacement pane and a new hinge. I waited a couple of weeks with out hearing anything else and decided I'd check back with them. They said it was just coming off the assembly line and would be to my house in 3-4 days. True to there word I received the replacement pane. Again, at this point I would rank it at 5 stars, but when I opened up the package the mirror was broken. So I once again called customer service, which this time did not want to deal with my concern because it was already a replacement and obviously the shipper was careless. When I informed them that the first time was there fault and the second was the shippers fault the lady said "ok well its the end of the day and I don't know what to do so I will call you back tomorrow." and she verified my telephone number. So I waited and waited, after a week I called them back and they didn't want to send me a replacement. In the end I was able to tear apart the two mirrors and piece together one final product. The frame is held together with v-nails so I had to cut the frame apart to get the mirror out. This led to a not so perfect rejoining of the miter joint as I don't have the proper tools to reattach. While it does not look as great as from the factory it is finally usable and works. So all in all four stars due to issues with customer service. The product it self is nice and as long as you don't have to contact mirrotek twice you will be pleased.

I purchased this for a client and helped her assemble/install. Assembly simply means screwing the enclosed door hangers to the back. You will need a medium size Phillips screwdriver but the holes are pre-drilled so it's super easy. If you wanted to attach to wall, there's even an enclosed template to ensure accurate placement as well as anchors if you need them. Everything was very well packaged. The client's been very satisfied with this product. After reading reviews, I was concerned about the quality, especially regarding the hinges coming off. That has not happen with this one. Wondering if quality varies among the various colors/finishes? We ordered the white one. It is very sturdy. Highly recommend!

My son uses this for doing his own haircuts and for his side gig of barbering for his friends. Mirrors are heavy and quality, the panels are put together well, nice medium length. The frame seems to be made of MDF with a poly coating that seems like it could scratch easily. So far, it’s scratch free, but we have been careful with it.

Looks good. Looks smaller than I thought but I should have taken measure prior. Sturdy and built so you do not need to come super close to get proper.view. glass quality seems ok, but will not know for a year with light hitting it and fading starts. This is most important obviously for a mirror. I will follow up in a year a give full review. I cannot stand when mirror s have fading due to Sun or light damage. Last mirror took 1 year the one before was 20 years. I am not to encouraged looking at this one.

El espejo es de muy buenos materiales considerando el precio, la madrea es un aglomerado y el recubrimiento parece formáica, pero tiene muy buen aspecto y es muy solido. La instalación es muy sencilla, aún considerando que el espejo es un poco pesado. La única consideración es que tal vez para una puerta "normal" de unos 2.3 metros, el espejo queda muy alto para personas de 1.50 (no van a ver sus piernas)
