I own a Teeter X3 table with the lumbar insert. I love it and will continue to use it, but THIS THING is something else. I'm 78 and my posture has suffered from years sitting at a desk in front of a computer. This thing stretches your total spine and hip flexors like nothing else I've ever used. Assembly is simple but the tools provided are lacking. Also there's movement in the headrest and the unit itself when flexing back that takes a little getting used to. However despite that the unit feels solid and easily supports my weight (165 lb) and I'm sure a lot more. I'm glad I bought it which is the highest compliment I can pay anything I spend my money on :)

Does not feel safe while using very unstable and sux to try to return. Not worth it

Got the product set up exactly the way it described in the booklet. I did the exercises as described as well. I did the one in the pic where you arch back and put the leg up to help the back. It pitched me over backwards and I slammed down on my head and neck really hard onto the floor. I was actually choking myself from the weight of my body suspended in mid-air. My chiropractor said he’s had patients that have bought this machine and it’s too heavy and not balanced properly and will do that. Just be careful if you have to buy this. I sent the machine back. It’s too dangerous for me.

I have used it for 2 days only a few minutes at a time and already notice I difference to my lower left side. Gained a 1/2 inch of motion with my golf swing without pain. So I recommend at least for my issue. However at my height 5'6" I wish it sat a little higher off the floor. Also the pin to align the headrest? Very difficult to find a hole and also the pin that alters the amount of tilt has a spring nipple that does not work properly.

I wanted something to stretch my back and somewhat counter gravity's effects of constant downward pressure. I didn't want an inversion table because I'm a senior and would be using it alone. No help if something went wrong. With this I'm only inches off the floor, can push back and lift up. It opens my chest, lengthens my back, and can also be used with hand weights to do arm exercises. I'm quite pleased.

Assembly was a snap! My wife has a bad back and we’ve tried everything for relief. This is the best thing she has ever used for back pain relieve.

This is definitely easy to use. Works good for stretching your back.

This works miracle if you want to stretch your back and feel stiff. My hisband and i use it every morning and night
