They do not adhere to underwear they fall into the toilet - which makes for a messy and unpleasant removal or risk plugging a toilet. Very unhappy with this purchase - I DO NOT recommend.

Only used once, and it performed quite well for me. I am satisfied with the product, as is anyone in close proximity to me after an unplanned "event". However, customers need to be made aware that these pads WILL be detected on the TSA body scanner. I was made very aware of this fact after my full-body pat-down by a very brusque agent, who actually had me wondering if I was indeed concealing contraband in my nether regions. One second of research confimed my suspicions. Keep this in mind when farting and flying.

I cannot recommend these enough. I have horrible gas and it smells, there I said it!! Not sure when this happened but these little pads work. I tested them to the max and not one smell escaped. What a relief to be able to go out in public again and not worry. I just wish they were reusable.

They work for the odor, but they come apart and the charcoal gets all over my underwear.

They work pretty well but they start coming apart in a couple of hours of wear. The layers aren't adhering to each other.

What’s not to like!? Save your travel companions from uncomfortable atmosphere!

There are more expensive items like this out there that do work (and I've tried), but I tried these for the lower price. Poor quality (the secure strip comes off when you peel the paper off) and they did not "reduce" any odor. Save your money and buy the more expensive brands.

Do not buy these, they do not work. I have terrible gas since my gastric bypass surgery and these do nothing. I think because it’s only a charcoal filter? I’ve found hepa filters (the kind that come with vacuum bags, actually trap smells, but it gets expensive. I wasted $30 on these and would return the unused if they weren’t such a personal item.

Tried this for the first time and I find it effective with the smell. However, I wish it’s a bit longer for better coverage. I’ve been using a more expensive brand for a while now and I find the length of 18cm is the most effective.
