At first, this is a $200 headset, I'd better write something for the sake of $$$.I often use MS Teams / Zoom / Skype for meetings, tried many Bluetooth headsets, and found that using the included dongle will have better compatibility and stability. If you often have network meetings, the included USB dongle (Bluetooth adapter) is a must-have option, very convenient, plug and play, without the tedious Software download and pairing. A few other brands will likely to ask you to download a bloatware (they may call it a driver).Real noise reduction:The most interesting feature is the noise reduction during calls or meetings. In a noisy environment, the other side would just hear you very well without noise at all. I even tested from a bathroom with the fan on, definitely a terrible place to make a call. I tried to turn on and off the fan. Both times, the other side couldn't hear any noise. This is incredible! I have never seen or even imagine a product like this. I guess I can easily make an espresso during a call and nobody would know.Bluetooth range:I walk around a lot during the day when making calls. The Bluetooth range is very impressive. I can leave my phone / laptop in the office and walk to kitchen (which is easily 30+ feet in my house) without loss of connection.Sound quality:I didn't expect much, but it sounds really great. Easily beat my Airpod pro when listening to music and much more comfortable. I usually have two headsets. One for calls and one for music. Now, I probably just need one.Battery life:As advertised, it's very good, can support a day of normal office work, and wear very comfortable, lightweight, and supports fast charging, charging 10 minutes to meet the 5 hours of calls. It only takes 30 mins to a full charge anyway.Disadvantages.Can not adjust the rear strap, if you can adjust it would be better. The design doesn't allow you to lay down on a couch. My son tried and told me that he loves it too. I might have to spend another $200.Overall, this is a very good call noise cancellation headset, if you are heavy call demanders, highly recommended!

As a remote manager I've using this headset daily for a number of months. The reason I chose this headset was primarily based on a need for a behind-the-head/ear headset that had EXCELLENT microphone quality with decent sound quality and noise cancellation. This headset delivers in all of these areas but most notably with it having a solid microphone that helps me be an active part of the conversation meetings and the noise cancellation greatly helps to reduce interruptions. I'm using it with the dongle on my Windows PC for Teams meetings and also have it connected to my phone by Bluetooth. I'm free to move about and the range is better than average and issues with disconnects/reconnects is very rare. When I first bought the headset, I did have the issue of it being uncomfortable however I've grown accustomed to it and no longer notice any issues.As a child, I had some sort of Audio Processing Disorder (APD) which has frequently been a problem for me in my adult ears during meetings or crowded room conversations. Because of this, I've purchased MANY headsets of all kinds, at least 40 throughout the years. I also can't do earbuds as they frequently fall out during my days. Though this thing is pricey, it's been the best solution for me.

If you wear glasses, this is NOT for you, despite it being the perfect mic and earphone and perfect price point. I’ve tried all positions with this product, to no avail.Oleap, PLEASE make over the head position earphones with mic boom, I work a 10 hour shift, and I LOVE your product!

The noise reduction is good, the battery is good, but there is no bass, high frequencies are also hard to hear, and after another 4 months one speaker stopped working. Very expensive and not profitable.

I had been using the Blue Parrot headset which is great, except that I found it uncomfortable and wanted something sleeker. I considered the Shokz bone conduction headset since they make my favorite headphones and colleagues love them. I decided against them because I did I didn’t want to risk the vibration if that comes from louder volumes. I was unfamiliar with Oleap, but researched them and watched and read many reviews online. I’m very pleased with my choice.They work flawlessly on the phone, in Zoom and in Teams, they connect automatically with the dongle without having to go into settings. I wear them for 8 - 10 hours/day and they are by far the most comfortable headset I have found. I charge mine every night by habit, but I would be fine if I forgot to charge. Sound quality is great for me and the recipient, noise cancellation is very effective. It has a mute button which many don’t have - but be aware that if you move the mic away from your mouth that also is an effective mute thanks to their noise cancellation. I found that out the hard way when I moved it to eat and then couldn’t figure out why nobody could hear me! 😊. I could not be happier with my purchase.

I absolutely love these. My only issue is Avaya doesn’t ring in them. I work from home & need a noise canceling wireless headset that works with Avaya & Teams. I must say the members didn’t hear a peep, not even my baby crying unless he was on my lap of course. But if I walk away from my computer, I wouldn’t know a call can through which is bad because the system automatically answers. So I could be talking in the background or watching tv then hear “HELLO”? Fortunately they wouldn’t hear my tv, but if I was talking they would hear me. And our calls are recorded. If I don’t say my greeting in 5 seconds of the call being picked up that’s call avoiding to my job. Anyway I love these but the only reason I don’t give a 5 star is because it doesn’t ring with Avaya.
