This monitor has been good, we recently had an issue with it after months. I reached out to the manufacturer, and their customer service team has been great, and have agreed they will take care of the issue under warranty. Camera Lens gives a great wide view. Image clarity is good, and the night vision is also surprisingly clear. I like that it can be programmed with Wifi and have full control of the camera through the App. Overall I think this is a great monitor for the features it has at that price point.

I’ve been using the BOIFUN 2K baby monitor for a few weeks now, and I’m really happy with its performance. The video quality is excellent — the 2K resolution and 4x zoom make a big difference, especially when checking small details like whether my baby’s eyes are open or if he’s just adjusting in his sleep. The night vision is also surprisingly clear, and the auto‑tracking feature does a great job following movement around the crib. One of the things I appreciate most is the flexibility of being able to use both the included 5‑inch monitor and the mobile app. When I’m inside the house, the dedicated monitor is convenient and responsive. When I need to step outside for a short walk or break, the app lets me stay connected and still keep an eye on things. It gives me peace of mind knowing I don’t have to rely on just one device. When I was pregnant with my first baby I sort of went on a deep dive to find the perfect baby monitor that would do everything I wanted it to. The most important things to me was that I wanted a monitor that I could access from my phone that also had its own monitor. I did not want to have to leave my phone running all night to see the camera and I did not want to purchase an additional tablet etc. to avoid that. But I also wanted the option to be able to access the cameras when I was away. I ordered 2 options that claimed to do this, but neither of them would save recordings to access later. as a new Mom I had so many fears and concerns and I wanted to make sure I could always see and protect my baby. I returned the previous options and found this option and decided to give it a try. It has been perfect for everything that I was hoping for and I have not had a single issue with it. I can access the cameras easily and have the picture is so clear. The monitor has very useful settings and easy to navigate. It was very easy to set up. I did have 1 issue with the monitor not turning on and when I contacted customer service they were easy to get ahold of, quick to respond, and provided me with a replacement with no hassles and it came fast. I already ordered a second camera to connect to the monitor and use for my next baby as well and am so grateful to have found such a perfect product.

We searched a long time for a baby monitor that had the features that were important to us, and this camera has them all. It is so good that we bought 3 of them! This camera has many features, and although we don't use all of them; it is nice to know they are available in case we need to and is included for the price. We love the fact that this camera has an app that we can use directly on our phone, that is easy to navigate, and can be used simultaneously on different devices. The app is intuitive to use, and it makes it easy when you have multiple cameras to see all views at one time. The included camera display monitor also has the option to view two cameras simultaneously, which is very helpful if you have more than one baby in different rooms /cribs. The camera has the option of standard versus HD, and the clarity on both the handheld display or phone app is great, even in the dark. Depending on how you mount it, the zoom function can let you see fine details within a crib or general movement throughout a room. We have two cameras focused on the crib and bassinet and one camera just in the living room to track general movement, which is helpful, especially if you would like to see what other family members or the babysitter/ caregivers are doing. We especially were interested in finding a device that had a temperature and humidity sensor, as we do not have central air and our baby has eczema; so we needed to be able to make sure that the environment was suitable. I will say that the thermostat does consistently read 2 to 3° higher than the actual temperature of the room, and this might be due to the actual device being warm, but it is consistently higher. So we do have an idea of what the actual temperature in the room is. We enjoy the intercom feature which can be accessed via the phone app or the handheld display. The camera also has mood lighting and the ability to play music if a SD card is purchased separately and used. We personally do not use the camera for music or mood lighting, as we have a sound machine and it makes it harder to pick up on sounds in the room If music is being played through the camera. This camera has motion detection, humanoid detection, cry detection, and noise detection which you can adjust the sensitivities for. The one downside for this product is the battery life on the display. The display can last multiple hours after charge, so it's not like you only get 30 minutes; but it's not something that you'd be able to have unplugged for half a day. We have not had an issue with this as the display and camera are pretty much always plugged in with the included plug. Set up for this camera was super simple, making it convenient to take on the go or move around the house as needed. This camera is so nice we had to buy it thrice!

I have had this monitor and camera for almost two years. Overall I'm very satisfied with the product. I like that when connected to WiFi I can use the app on my phone instead of the physical monitor if needed. I also will take a camera and my monitor outside the house when we are visiting somewhere for nap time and still have the ability to see and hear my son. You can also use it not on wifi if that ever fails. I like the ability to move the camera around to be able to see a different angle if needed. The picture is good quality. You can turn off any indicator lights that are on the physical camera so that way your child isn't distracted by them. Overall good durability. When researching it was the best value for everything it offered. The only thing that I wish was different about it is I wish there was some different capabilities with the "alarm" for when your baby is crying. It has it where it beeps at you when they hit a certain level of crying or movement. I would prefer there to be an option for it not to beep at you and instead just turn the monitor on and the sound on so you just hear your child instead of the beeping noise as well. But you can turn these alarms off. My son is right next to our room so I heard him anyways. Overall I would recommend this as a very good option for the price. The warranty option was also very helpful! Recently my monitor stopped working. After trying several troubleshooting things I emailed the company ([email protected]) and they were quite helpful. I sent a video of what my monitor was doing. They sent me another one in a couple weeks. Very nice to work with and helpful.

Husband wanted to just use another ring camera as a baby monitor for our infant room plus an additional radio so we could hear when she cried but once we started using this camera we realized how many features we would be missing out on: The picture is high quality about as good as the ring camera with same zoom capability. Aren’t booted off the network every 10 min like ring does. Can keep the monitor on continuously or let it fall into sleep mode (black screen but will still alert you for sound/movement). The only difference I noticed was that the ring camera could point the screen downwards a tiny bit more but not a huge deal. The motion detection is better on this than the ring camera though because it is more sensitive to minor changes (tiny limbs moving in the night) and you can specify an area within the picture to monitor for movement so it’s not constantly setting off false alarms if one of us are also in the room moving about in frame (can just set it to watch inside the crib for example). You can also adjust how sensitive you want the movement detection to be (low/med/high). Although we were both able to connect to the app through our phones, having the external monitor is so helpful as well since it frees up our phones at night if we need to use them for other things. The monitor feels solid and does a pretty good job of alerting us whenever there is movement or crying as it beeps (can be quite loud so we put it on the lowest setting which is plenty loud enough). The cry detection is great and works very well. The intercom is very clear and not muffled. Music and night light is helpful too. Really pleased with the quality and features of this camera. The only thing I had some trouble with was connecting both phones through the app but finally figured it out and now it is working well (have to connect one phone first then just send an invite to the other phone). I do also wish the volume for the room was a little louder on the monitor (is great on the app) as it can be hard to hear at times from a distance but the beeps help alert us very well so that makes up for it.

I have it for almost a year and it has worked wonderfully. It actually provides more features than any other available in my country (Chile) and for the price is actually pretty good. For now battery last all night long (I charge it before bed and leave it unplugged with the screen off but sound on). The image is really clear, though the sound lags a few seconds sometimes. The WiFi feature has saved us many times. I think the only thing that “broke” is the audio, the audio level stopped working but is no issue for now. My first purchase actually came with bad battery and Boifun replaced it free of charge.
