Spray nonstick skillet w oil. Heat pan over med heat. Pour in "egg" mixture. As "eggs" begin to set, use a spatula to gently pull the mixture across the pan. Lift and fold until thickened and no liquid remains. Be gentle and do not stir! You can leave it in one piece as an omelette and fold over toppings or break it up for a scrambled version. I have also had success with adding sauted veggies etc while the "egg" is cooking. It takes a bit of experimenting and patience to get it right so I don't suggest trying to feed a crowd on the first try. I bought this product with the hope of being able to enjoy an omelette again.... i was suitably pleased with the result. It is easy to make, you do need a good pan as i have found it more sticky than ‘egg’ but the taste is really good and it’s healthy with low fat and high protein.
