If you're looking to cut down on your salt intake try Spike
If you're a fan of Spike this is a good deal. So far out of 1 box/package I filled my bottle 3 times maybe 3 1/2 times. There is another box to go so I' m satisfied with my purchase. I love spike because the salt content is low, and still very tasty.

Wonderful Seasoning!
This is a Great Seasoning, and it’s such a great buy! The most dominant flavors that comes out in SPIKE Seasoning would be Salt and Celery. It is UnBelieveable good in Eggs and really good in cream soups and salads.

Really improves the flavor of bland food. Use on potatoes, eggs, meats, and salads.
DAD Loves this stuff. I don't think he could eat without it. Good alternative to too much salt, and very flavorful. There is also a no-salt version Dad used to use forever, but he was LOW on sodium, so had to change and no complaints - both taste great!
