Not sure how effective these are when taking them for your skin, but libido wise they definitely work!!!! I wouldn't recommend taking these when single! I've reduced my intake to one a day! I have already rated these, stating that the recommended dose was higher than advertised, but one or two each day is sufficient! You can tell when these enter the system! 😂

I purchased Bioflavia Organic Red Wine Grape Skin Powder to put in my family's smoothies after doing alot of reading about the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties of resveratrol. I have been a bit of health nut since my son was belatedly diagnosed with a severe dairy allergy, my partner also suffered from severe Crohns and after conventional medicine almost killed him, (he was also a hair's breadth away from colon removal) it has been my 1 woman mission to keep them all healthy and happy.
