The packaging quality is excellent — every component was individually wrapped, and the instruction manual made assembly very simple with clear, easy-to-follow pictures. The build quality of this separator is impressive. It’s not lightweight or flimsy — the parts are solid, heavy, and feel very durable. You can tell immediately that it’s made from high-quality materials and built to last. Functionality: The separator works exactly as described. It runs smoothly and consistently, and the separation process is straightforward. Once assembled, it operates very easily, and the results are clean and efficient. Even as a first-time user, I had no issues figuring out how everything works. Overall, for the price, this product delivers excellent value. High quality, great functionality, and surprisingly simple to use. I’m very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

I love my cream separator. It's such a useful tool. It's a ton and I mean a ton of cleaning to prep it, but it's so worth it. You can dishwasher the parts, but they stain, so I hand wash. There's a couple of really great YouTube videos on how to set it up if you are having trouble. But this thing works great. I've used one for a couple of years now. And I'm so excited to have a second one.

This is perfect for anyone who wants to make butter, cream, or cheese at home. The quality is very good and it works really well. I had been thinking about buying it for a long time, and I’m honestly very happy with it. Definitely worth it.

Lots of parts to put together or take apart to clean

Cream separator works great! If you don’t put together like instructions say then it leaks and/or won’t work correctly! Only 4 stars for 2 reasons: first the cream thickness adjustment screw cannot be adjusted unless you take it apart. Not convenient at all. That needs to change somehow. However, once it is set you probably rarely want to change it. Second, it has so many pieces and parts to clean. Definitely have a bunch of milk to separate to make it worth your time. Even though the actual separating process doesn’t take long, the disassembling, cleaning about 25 parts, let dry, then reassembling takes a lot longer than actual separating. And you DO want to clean every single time! However, it does the job and does it well if you follow the instructions.

This Electric Milk Cream Centrifugal is awesome! You can process 25 gallons of milk into cream per hour. I'm typically only doing a few gallons, and its SO much faster than using an attachment on my mixer. There are a lot of parts, but the instructions and clear, and it took me about 30 minutes from unboxing to be ready to use. The parts are all SOLID and high quality. Nothing in here feels like it's just going to break. Think high-end mixer-type parts. Once you're done, it's simple to clean by just washing by hand. Takes 5 mins to do the whole device well. If there's a downside, it's that it makes it so easy to make cream that now everyone wants me to make them homemade cream (I think I just had a business idea LOL).

Instructions jump around, and the part of the unit that isn't supposed to spin, does, and no amount of troubleshooting has been able to fix it. Returning.

It's working great so far! We've used it a few times with no problems at all. Lots of parts but very easy to assemble and clean. I would recommend this cream separator for sure
