Tasty but ONLY buckwheat FLAVOUR
These are buckwheat flavoured ORDINARY noodles. But still good because they are tasty, and you get a lot for the price. Other reviews have reported on the flavour issue but still would have bought them. Just disappointed & have to keep looking.

Not buckwheat - 87% wheat flour and Amazon won't take them back
The noodles - advertised as "Buckwheat noodles" - contain more wheat flour and tapioca starch than buckwheat. The label specifies wheat flour as 87% of content. Amazon asserts that this is not returnable. We'll see - it's incorrectly described. Update to the above - after chatting with Amazon customer services, they agreed to refund the full amount, but didn't want the noodles back. The CS associate explained that they aren't set up to handle returns of food; bear this in mind when you order anything else! 5 stars to Amazon for customer service... once you can get hold of them.

This is not Soba noodle at all.
Do not buy this if you want Soba noodle. I even didn't want to give one star. Terrible quality.
