Windsor Stainless Steel Slotted Straining and Serving Spoon

Literally ordered this at the dinner table after difficulty serving items from a sauce/stock. (Less than 18 hours later it arrives.) This is the kind of spoon you can use at the table rather than the large kitchen spoons that are simply too big for comfort (and mess). Spoon is well finished in all respects, substantial in thickness and weight. As important it looks good with its mirror finish. Will sit beside stainless steel or silver well. Made in China for a Sheffield firm. Pleased.

I needed a small slotted spoon for draining poached eggs and the like and this looked good and able to be used for more than one purpose. I was right, FYI an egg sits perfectly in the spoon (that gives you the size) and the handle is comfortable and well balanced. Nicely finished it's good for dishwashers and has no little nooks and crannies where debris can lurk.Well worth considering.

As others have commented this is a nice little serving spoon for your cutlery drawer. What I didn't see mentioned was the actual measurements. The spoon itself is 6cm wide by 8 cm length. The handle itself is 15cm long. The only reason I haven't given it five stars is I would have preferred one slightly bigger and the size wasn't mentioned in the description. Still that's only a quibble.

Good delivery and good price. I have been after a good slotted serving spoon and I came across this one and I’m really happy I did. It’s perfect when we are all sat around the dinner table and this spoon is brilliant for serving peas and sweetcorn etc. It’s a sturdy spoon and just the right size. Very well made. I’m well chuffed with it. I highly recommend. It’s a must have.

I bought three of these and gave one to my sister as a sticking filler. Both she and I just love these spoons. They are small enough to use in a narrow microwave pot and they look good enough to use at the table. I wish I had bought some sooner. I am going to order a few more.

This was smaller than I expected, maybe I should have read the description fully, but it useful when you only need a smaller spoon.

Solid spoon prove useful.Larger bowl than expected so couldn't be used as hoped.
