Very good product.

First of all when I received the order I had to replace that because that was damaged. Next, when I got this one which I am using now, also was damaged a Lil bit from outside. Still I kept it as I needed it then. I have been using it almost for 11 months now and it has been always irritating in the context of charging as well as connecting to mobile. Nowadays it has become difficult to connect seamlessly and I literally have to struggle to put it on charging. Even you can see in the photo that the paint of the outside frame is being removed slowly. Such a low quality product. Now, the biggest disappointment is that the screen has fallen out of the dial automatically. And I have been struggling to get replacement for 13 days now. After calling the support team of noise for 10 days, they provide me the replacement option now and that also for other models. The after sale service of Noise is literally horrible. I had to suffer a lot due to their carelessness. Everyday I had to call them for resolution and updates. and every time they gave me different answers. They have literally harassed me by not providing on time and precise solution. I am fed up now. Even in Kolkata they have only one service center whereas they have mentioned in their website that they have three service centers in Kolkata. Only one service center is active and other two said that they have stopped their service of noise product and I reached them after calling 10 times. So the cons are: 1. Most importantly, their after sale service is the worst. The whole support team is good for nothing. 2. The charging pin is not convenient 3. The app is not well-designed 4. Quality is not worth the money 5. Functions are not convenient...like even when the screen of my phone is on, still I receive notification on the watch. (On other watches when the mobile screen is off only then the watch shows notification) 6. Monitoring stress and oxygen level are not automated. I have to do it manually which bothers me a lot. There doesn't exist a single good thing about this watch according to my experience.

I am writing this review after continuously using this watch for a couple of days and believe me this watch is much more than just this review. 1. Display :- Starting with the biggest highlight of the smartwatch, it comes with a 1.43-inch (3.63cm) AMOLED display with a resolution of 466×466 pixels which makes it the smartwatch with one of the largest screen size in a round dial segment, providing with bright and sharp visuals that are a delight to look at. 2. Battery :- I am really impressed with the battery life of this smartwatch. On a full charge, it can last up to 7 days, making it perfect for those who don’t want to constantly worry about charging their device. Even with calling activated, the smartwatch can still provide up to 2 days of power. The 300mAh battery takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge. 3. Connectivity :- The smartwatch utilizes BT v5.3 and single chip calling technology, making connections easier and hassle-free. The Tru SyncTM powered BT calling advances the calling experience with faster pairing, better connectivity, and lower power consumption. 4. Health Tools :- The smartwatch offers a comprehensive suite of tools through the Noise Health SuiteTM with features such as blood oxygen monitor, sleep monitor, 24×7 heart rate monitor, breathing practice, stress measurement and a female cycle tracker. Kindly note that the results produced should not be used as a substitute for a medical device and the readings may have slight variations. 5. Additional Features :- Additional features like double tap to wake up the screen, cover the screen with palm to turn off the display and cover the screen with palm during an incoming call to put it on silent really enhances user experience and makes interacting with the smartwatch seamless. 6. Also, for fitness enthusiasts, the smartwatch offers a bunch of sports modes to choose from. This allows to indulge in preferred routines and track performance in various activities. 7. Conclusion :- A good product with smooth UI and clear display with over 150 cloud-based watch faces, accurate step counter and activity tracker, decently good battery life and worth its value. I am giving my review after 1 month of use. Here is my thought and real life experiences.... Positive veiw: 1. It is pretty solid build , looks like premium watch and no major or visible scratch till I am using. 2. Overall good software experience. 3. Good Bluetooth calling connectivity and quality. 4. Leather strap quality also make feel comfortable. 5. Good battery backup upto 5-6 days after a full charge (without AOD) . Negative view: 1. The health measurements are fully inaccurate. It can measure hert rate of every object. I think all sensor etc gimmick only. You can not expect any aquricy from this watch. The main functionality of this watch absent. 2. I faces lots of charging issue..sometime it not charging even it plugged. 3. Battery drain quickly after 20% battery level. 4. Charging pin magnetic attachment is very loose. It doesn't attach or fit easily. 5. It's app watch face should be free but you have to pay for use some wtch faces. Final conclusion: If you need only good looking and metal built watch, doesn't matter of fitness aqquracy or sensor...then you can go with it , either skip it.

Its been a month since am using the product and I would say am totally satisfied with what is offered at the price range. Being a fitbit band user before, from accuracy point its not up to the mark but still its quite reliable. Pros and cons as per per my usage Design: Design looks premium and with leather belt looks quite a premium. Features: Am not a fan of too many features and rather quality and reliability of the feature which is being offered. Considering that it has almost all the basic features and they are quite reliable. Battery life: Am quite amazed at the battery life. With moderate usage keeping phone call off keeping only notifications on, am getting around a week's battery back up which is impressive. Cons: Accuracy: Being a fitbit owned user, I feel accuracy of the reading is not that accurate but would consider just ok with most the user(for atletics where reading should be accurate, woyld not recomment) Heart Rate: There is no continious HR monitor, it can be kept manual or automatic every five 5 mins which is fine but a continuous reading qould be more beneficial. Also app doesnt calculate resting heart rate which i was been habitual with. Customization: It has less customization, as in you cannot customize the menu screen or widget ordering and even app design coupd have been better.
