This is a terrific little book light for serious readers. It amazes me that it holds a charge over 5 night of 2-3 hours of reading. The lamp butterflies/splits into two which helps avoid the spotlight effect when reading pages larger than a regular book. The lamp is on a long and very flexible neck. It clamps onto the book, which can be somewhat cumbersome with a small paper back, but the light is perfect so I adapt! The whole lamp folds into a semi hard, zippered case with an adapter for an electrical outlet and a charging cord. One of the things I like is that the light isn't just blue LED, there are yellow bulbs in it too, so it's not that cold glaring blue/white light. It will be a perfect gift for by bookish friends this holiday season!

Best book light ever! So convenient to charge and not worry about batteries. The light has several different levels of brightness so it’s perfect for any setting. Totally recommend this light.

Patience pays off. I was trying to read a book in my easy chair but the light was just a tad too low as the sun was setting and the lamps in the room were not direct to the book. Presto.. I found this little gem on the Net and have ended up buying two ... one for home and one for the car. This light is excellent with many levels of brightness and even color selections. It works a long time on a single charge and is well made ... durable. Great value. I even bought a larger one for my music stand. Bigger, brighter and just as durable.

This book light is absolutely perfect for my needs! It attaches to book and is not so heavy as to weight the book cover down. Being able to separate the light and extend it horizontally is genius. Has several levels of brightness, and I use every one of them depending on my environment. Have been using it a few hours every day since I charged it upon arrival. Have not had to recharge yet and it has been several days. Upon arrival, it took a while to totally charge the light; but, the results are worth it. I bought the black as it was on sale; but, would have loved the blue or red one! What a great reading light!

My light is defective and I don't have the original packaging to return it. I purchased 3 others for family and friends and they were fine. Disappointed.

I purchased this for my husband for Father's Day to use when we’re camping in our RV. My husband hasn’t used it yet, but our daughter was camping with us Father’s Day weekend and tried it out first. She said it worked great! She really liked the way she could adjust the position of the lights and the brightness. Will be purchasing this again as a Christmas gift for our daughter. I’ll update my review once my husband gets a chance to use it.

Love the little case to transport the light when not in use. The ease of using this light and how easily it folds right back up to store is fantastic. The clip sits firmly on the book cover without damaging the book. It is very easily maneuvered wherever you need the extra light. The light opens to spread light across both pages of the book and adjusts to the level of light you need. I mostly use mine to read while my husband sleep. I can see my book as though my bedside light is on (actually better) but yet not disturbing his sleep like my bedside light would. Great purchase and I highly recommend it. The charge will really last!
