They even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working properly now. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by C***Y on 3 October 2025* This is a beautiful and simple-to-install lock. The only complaint I had is that the screws could have been labeled better and that the instruction video tells you to put the deadbolt pin vertical, not horizontal as it needs to be and said in the book. If you follow the video installation, the deadbolt will not turn all the way and you have you redo it. After you get that figured out, it’s a solid lock. The locking noise is a bit much, but you can turn it down, or off. Aside from that, the lock is beautiful and very modern. I love that it hooks up to my TTL app and has the option to give remote access keys and timed access. As a property manager I have a few other homes with this app as a lockbox, but I absolutely love that this door has that ability now. I have no idea how I missed that in the listing, but it was a happy surprise.
