Weighing just 5.5 kg, this topper is designed to provide superior pressure relief and a luxurious sleep experience, proudly manufactured in the United Kingdom. ## Description Our toppers don’t require fiddly securing straps. The topper is simply held securely in place with a fitted sheet. It’s easy to roll up and carry too. Our memory foam mattress toppers can be supplied with or without a cover. Just select your preference when you order. The cover is made from soft, durable 100% polyester, which is fully washable. If you’re renting, a topper gives you peace of mind and comfort when sleeping on a pre-used mattress. The topper will improve the comfort of a sofa bed for guests and it’s great to take when you’re travelling or camping too. The foam topper absorbs motion so you’re less likely to be disturbed by your partner tossing and turning on the mattress. We custom-make our memory foam mattress toppers to order, so there’s no risk your choice will be out of stock. Your memory foam topper will arrive rolled, compressed and vacuum-sealed so it’s easy to transport. It may look surprisingly small! Remove all the packaging and lay the topper flat on the bed. Allow up to 10 hours for it to expand to its original size before use. You may notice an initial odour after unwrapping your new topper. This is completely harmless and is normal with the manufacture of high-quality foam. The odour will dissipate with normal use, however you may wish to air first it in a well-ventilated place. With over 30 years of heritage, we understand that everyone is different, from sleeping position to comfort choice. Our experience makes buying from us a fantastic experience and one that will see you stay with our range of products for not only your own beds but the whole families. ## Features - Foam ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Age Range Description | Adult | | Asin | B00U02PY1I | | Best Sellers Rank | 1,668,222 in Home & Kitchen (See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen) 1,395 in Mattress Toppers | | Brand Name | Southern Foam | | Closure Type | Pull On | | Colour | White | | Country Of Origin | United Kingdom | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (169) 4.5 out of 5 stars | | Fabric Type | Memory Foam | | Global Trade Identification Number | 05060227542603 | | Included Components | 1 x Mattress Topper | | Item Type Name | 2" Single size Memory Foam Mattress Topper Including Luxurious Cover | | Item Weight | 5.5 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Orderexit | | Manufacturer Part Number | B00U02PY1I | | Material Type | Polyurethane | | Model Number | B00U02PY1I | | Number Of Items | 1 | | Number Of Packs | 1 | | Other Special Features Of The Product | Foam | | Product Care Instructions | Spot Clean Only | | Size | Single | | Thread Count | 300 | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | | Upc | 787162873245 781068971166 | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Southern Foam - **Colour:** White - **Fabric Type:** Memory Foam - **Size:** Single - **Special feature:** Foam ## Images ![Memory Mattress Topper with Cover, 2 Inch, UK Single - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/415PiLoduXL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic value, comfortable, perfect size and quality cover *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 22 September 2021* We bought 2 of these for a motor home in single size. I'd looked at duralay, bit they are in my opinion over inflated prices due to the association with dragons den. These were 1/3 price, well packed, amazingly comfortable and once left for a few hours fully fitted in the covers provided. Such a difference to the old topper we were using... Those complaining of a smell, suggest you buy with a cover as it's hardly noticeable.Top quality topper from a UK company. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Instantly slept better *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 9 September 2021* Bought this for my mattress at uni. The standard mattresses at uni were not the most comfortable, so I thought it would be wise to get a topper. After putting this topper on, I instantly felt like I was getting much better quality sleep. Super comfortable. Also, although it is not the intended purpose of the topper, I found that the topper doubled as a useful spare mattress (for whenever I had a friend sleeping over). You can just put it on the floor for a relatively comfortable sleeping experience. In fact, the topper alone was actually more comfortable to sleep on than the original mattress provided by the uni! Sometimes I'd even offer my actual bed to my guest, and I would take the topper on the floor! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good purchase for the price, just not suitable for me personally currently. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 19 July 2016* 3 days of use, and the memory foam smell that most negative-reviewers complained about is nearly gone. I expect in a few more days, it wouldn't be noticeable at all.Bought this since I have troubles sleeping on my bed, and find sleeping in my chair a lot more comfortable. It is indeed memory foam, and the cover I purchased with it also seems of good quality. Unfortunately, since I've been sleeping in my chair for the past 2 years instead of a bed, it hasn't helped much but I do find slightly it easier to fall asleep, and I sleep for longer (as opposed to 2 hours a night previously on a bed). I suspect once I get used to sleeping horizontally I will get a great night's sleep with this product. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kr/products/51357131-memory-mattress-topper-with-cover-2-inch-uk-single](https://www.desertcart.kr/products/51357131-memory-mattress-topper-with-cover-2-inch-uk-single) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Korea* *Store origin: KR* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
