No, only the bases of LS09 and LS10 can be disassembled and interchanged

is this compatible with the samsung freestyle?

Anything with 1/4 x 20 threaded hole will screw onto this. It's like for cameras and projectors, not phones or tablets or pcs or laptops.

Is the base weighted to the point it can hold a projector without wobbling? Most projector stands seem to expect your projector to weigh half a pound.
