Velcro band is very short
The velcro band is SHORT. I'm big but not that big, and it barely got around me. Once I figured out a solution, the system as a whole is fantastic. Deceptively intense

Not sure who this is supposed to fit
So, I’m not a tall woman. I’m 5’3”. Granted I’m not in the best shape of my life but something tells me most men’s waists are going to be around my size or bigger. The best barely went around my waist. Which hey, again, I’m not slim right now. But then the arms are too long to provide tension for the purpose they are designed for and the leg bands are too short to reach my ankles. Not going to be useful to me, unfortunately. Did arrive quickly and was well packaged. Nothing against the seller, just the product doesn’t seem like it would fit most people.

It is very good
I liked how much of a work out it gave me in such a short time it took a little adjustment before it worked but it did it's job it will leave you tired and if you're bored then this is all you need to pass time
