These are great, the best knee support that I have found. I have a few and they keep me comfortable all day.

Initially this support was too tight on the thigh, causing it to roll and curl back on itself, making it too painful to wear. I found a solution in turning the top of the support an inch back on itself, effectively creating a one inch double layer. Whilst not perfect it was much more tolerable to wear giving good knee support.

The first time I bought this product I measured my knee as per the sizing guide and was on the border of medium and large. I bought a Medium size from Boots as that was all they stock anyway, and it was a bit tight. So I bought a Large one. It was exactly the same size if you held it together with the medium one. So I then bought a thrid one at the XL size. It is much too big at about 2cm wider. So I don't know what to do next, but beware that M and L are the same. The product itself is very good, comfortable to wear and the airflow system works

Have had one of these in black for years which I use occasionally for a longstanding knee issue and it's by far the best knee support I've had so I was really pleased to find one in a neutral colour so I can wear it with shorter dresses and under white trousers. I'm a size 14 but have slightly chunky legs so I have the L size which is perfect. Easy to get on and off, gives good support but is flexible enough to wear all day or overnight in bed and stays put even when walking around. Really does help with pain relief when my knee is playing up.

I work in highly demanding manual labor job where I am constantly on the move and bending my knees. For a while my left knee has been a bit weak so I decided to try something more suited to my needs rather than the elasticated bandage I was making do with. These are tight at first when you put them on but then you adapt to them and they become very supportive, I no longer suffer from constant knee ache like before and they are very durable. One of the worries I had would be them slipping down but the rubber pads on the inside hold them up well and they never move. Had them about 5 months and still no signs of tearing, stitching coming loose or the elastic becoming less supportive. For the price they are a great buy. I also have a pair of Neo G wrist supports which are very good as well so this brand has gained my trust for quality at a decent price.

Very good product for the purpose, I guess we have to congratulate NEO G Limited from England and their coworkers from Turkey. Product has same quality as the one sold in pharmacies, at prices 50% higher. And I guess we have to congratulate here the Amazon market concept.

I have been healing from multiple fractures sustained in a fall last year... and exploring the wide-wide world of compression hosiery and braces, ever since the I started to heal enough to be able to bear some weight. There is a HUGE variety to choose from and the cost is extraordinary, so this has been an expensive learning experience. Among other things, bought two of these NEO G Knee Supports and was excited to receive them, I anxiously put them on, for a while they seemed to help, but then there was a terrible pain developing around the top, I removed them and found deep indentations in my thigh from the silicone beads, the marks lasted for hours. I was extremely disappointed. I am usually a huge fan of NEO G and have several of their compression products that have helped me tremendously. This first knee support, was unfortunately returned. I had a hard time finding a photo of the silicone beads, but have attached one to show you. Granted, I have delicate skin, but these little beads were murder. (These were a size Large.. and my headline was "Death by silicone beads"... but I bought 2 more in an Extra Large and have had much better results!) UPDATE 6/1/2017: I further injured my left knee yesterday doing physical therapy, so have just purchased the X-Large, to see if that will help with the beads, mentioned above, I do love this company and will upgrade my stars if the upgrade in size makes a difference. One of the many things I like about Neo G is they are just plain black, no gaudy printing all over them, I really need some superior support, so am giving this another try. UPDATED again: 10/15/2017 with the X-Large NEO G Knee Supports, now on both knees, and two visits to a great sports doctor (via ambulance) for ultrasound guided cortisone injections in both knees, I am doing much better!! I am also doing physical therapy daily (in a nursing home environment) and using the NEO G Supports whenever I'm doing any any activity.. the way I kept getting in trouble was turning to sit down, or something similar, my knee joint would twist and that's seriously bad.. but the NEO G gives me just the right amount of support!! I am extremely pleased with them, now that I've learned more about how they work and what specifically works best for me. I hope some of this has been helpful. I think this is a really outstanding company with great products, I just had the wrong size and was wearing them too long. (I should note that two of the physical therapists who are working with me daily, getting me stronger and hopefully learning to walk again, age 69, have admired the NEO G products I have so much, they have gone out and bought some of their own!) I hope this information has been helpful to you as well. :)

Light to wear, keeps knee warm and stays in place during all day work in the forest.

Offers general support on a daily basis. Possibly for light injuries. Flexible, breathes, stretches. Easy on/off. A little too tight elasticity just above the knee, kind of digs into skin. But I use it whenever I work out. Wouldn't work on other knee which needs something thicker. 3-1/2-4 stars
