I have been using this keyboard for months now in a high volume office setting. Really great for the price! I have not had any issues with it and trust me, it’s getting lots and lots of use. The keys light up as you press them on the correct mode. Key tap sounds are GREAT and tactile feedback is great! You should buy this, when if ever, it fails I will buy the same one!

Great little compact keyboard, especially for the price! I was originally going to send it back because I meant to buy a wireless one (for a different PC), but I ended up keeping it because I liked it so much, and just replaced my current one with this one. So now I have two Redragon keyboards and I love them! Pros: Light-weight, compact, RGB lighting, still has the numpad so great for productivity as well as gaming, hot swappable keys/switches, great price Cons: While it says the switches are hot swappable, I was too afraid to remove them. The amount of force I was pulling on the switch (using the included tool), I really felt like it was going to break so I stopped. I watched a YT video and the guy just plucked it out like it was nothing. So I'm not sure why these are so difficult to remove. Others were also commenting on the video talking about how difficult they were to remove. I tried two different switches and they were both incredibly hard to remove so I just stopped trying. So that might be something to consider if you are wanting to change out the switches. Other than that, it's a great little keyboard!

5 stars but because of the price point. I was looking at this and it went on sale so I snagged it for like 37 bucks with tax. This is a cheap keyboard but honestly higher end than the price point IMO Pros: it took me a minute to get use to but I love the trimmed down footprint of it. It eliminated all the extra buttons I don't need but will keeping the number pad. Switches are liniar red that seem responsive and quiet. I prefer clicky blues but the sound of these are a nice change. Hot swap is easy (others saying it sucks must not know what they are doing? I had no problem while testing) RGB software is easy to use and very customizable. I really enjoyed being able to color mach all of my gear with ease. Cons: some of these are very subjective but worth noting The supplies power cable is nice that it is right angle and can utilize type c on the mobo but for my set up it was about a foot short. I used a different one that I had in a drawer and it works fine. I loathed the orange space and esc keys. I swapped out a few various caps on the board to fit me. The caps it came with really are not very bright to let the RGB shine through. The room has to be semi dark to really appreciate it. The plastic frame is very flexible. I would of paid a few extra bucks for an aluminum top frame half. Overall it's a decent budget trimmed down keyboard that is comfortable to use. I wouldn't pay full price for it but it was worth the cost all day on sale at 22% off.

For the price this is a great keyboard. If you want to swap out the switches for anything else, don't buy it. If you're planning on leaving it as is, buy it now. The keyboard isn't really hot swap in the way most other hot swappable keyboards are. It only excepts otemu and VERY limited other switches. Luckily it sounds and feels good stocks so I'm not hating on it too much

Ive only had this for a few months and I'm a slippy b💀tch so I spill drinks and food on it, and it's literally unphased. The worst thing I've had to do is pop some keys off, pop the switches out, pop the 4 replacement switches in, and it's good to go. Don't even need to unplug it to replace switches. The inclusion of 4 extra switches is nice for sloppy folks like me, so I can clean the 4 extras with isopropyl alcohol and let them dry and then they're good as new the next day. The software is OK. Super easy plug and play, as most modern usb keyboards are. The size feels right, typing is very satisfying coming from a roccat aimo 122. Definitely worth the money, probably will get another red dragon in the future. Lots of good comments about the colors. The rgb looks great, tbh solid color or off is pretty hot.

I want to love this keyboard. I really, do. It hits most everything I wanted in a keyboard: compact size, numpad, programmable RGB LEDs, solid feel, functional design. However, I'm having two seemingly opposite issues with the keyboard related to lack-of-sensitivity and too much sensitivity. Allow me to preface: I'm an unconventional typist, I call it "Professional Hunt & Peck." I don't actually look at the keyboard, but I only use about six fingers across both hands to type--index, middle, ring, and thumb on the left hand, and middle and ring fingers on the right hand. I guess it's from teaching myself to type at a young age back in the early '90s, well before there were "computer classes." My speed is fairly high and error-free up to about 80 WPM. While the number of fingers in use has slightly expanded over the years, the technique is mostly the same: left-hand rests lightly on the keyboard in the WASD region when not in use (likely from years of gaming, although I haven't gamed in nearly a decade now), right-hand hovers above the JKLM or NUMPAD regions, always ready to grab a mouse if necessary. I'm also a fairly heavy-handed guy. I've never had issues with triggering key presses on mechanical keyboards, but despite my heavy-handedness, my touch is light when at rest. However, with this keyboard, I am finding I get the worst of both: I strike the keys, and yet, every couple hundred keystrokes there will usually be one or two missing characters because I didn't strike the keys with enough force. This hasn't really been an issue for me with any other mechanical keyboard, so I'm not sure why it is now. After nearly two weeks with the keyboard I'm beginning to overcome this issue by typing slower and pressing the keys with more force. It's definitely a little weird to get used to. Conversely, the opposite happens during "rest periods" where I leave my left hand gently resting on the left-hand side of the keyboard. Apparently the weight of my hand is too much even though the key isn't visually depressed, and I will get repeating "3333333" or "wwwwwwwwwww." This is quite annoying, especially as I've never had the problem with any other keyboard in my life, and it just seems to be the exact opposite of not striking hard enough. It's hard to say if these problems are design related or there is something wrong with the keyboard. I am leaning toward design. It isn't a total gamebreaker, but it is disappointing for me, as I've definitely had "lesser" keyboards provide more consistent functionality. I am working through it and as I'm actively aware of the problem while writing this review, I've only had two unregistered keystrokes and no repetitives from resting. Maybe I just need to be more aware, or maybe it's the red switches in this design. It's hard to say. Is it enough for me to initiate a refund? I don't think so, as I think I'm adapting. If it continues for more than a month then I may reconsider, but it also may be too late. Like I said, other than these particularities that may just be to me, it's an excellent keyboard!
