Worked for me
Advised by my ENT consultant to get this to help clear my Eustachian tube. He described it as a " whoopee cushion for your nose" 😂😂 I found this on Amazon and read the comments. Most seemed positive and said it helped. I bought the " child one" as a few people said its the same product as the adult one but cheaper? Im not sure what the difference is but the child one did the job so they were right. If you watch the video and read the instructions you'll soon figure out how to use it. It's not that difficult. After a week I did notice a difference and now I've been using it for just over 2 weeks I can tell a big difference Worked for me and i world recommend giving it a go for a reasonable priced device. Only thing to be aware of is the balloons don't last that long. 20 Inflates max. However your get 4 so my condition is nearly clear after 2.

Advised by ENT consultant for childs glue ear
As others have said, this a very basic product for what you get in the pack, however it's all there, simple to use/store. We were advised to try this initially for my 8yo son's glue ear and slight hearing loss. I was dubious my son would agree however after a few tries, he's liking it. It's not quite as impressive as the pictures suggest in terms of how big he balloon gets but it's actually fun trying. I'm not sure if it's meant to be one use balloon but we've used one balloon per person repeatedly. My son says he can feel something happening but I'm not sure it's effective every time but worth a try. I tried and it definitely does something to your ears!

Otovent
Didn't seem to work for me. It does make your ears pop but wasn't really any different than just holding your nose and blowing.

Good alternative
Really helps children with glue ear while waiting for the NHS appointment with ENT. If they get the ears to pop, they can hear much better for a while.

Not easy for young kids
Item exactly as it states. My three year old (who needs it - recommended by audiologist) could not work it (with help) it was too hard to line up as the nose piece was too big and couldnt blow the balloon up. Tried it myself to show her and had ear pain for hours after. Wouldn't recommend for young children due to being difficult to use.
