I received the product and the seal stickers were off to the side and it was completely unsealed. There was no plastic wrapping round the actual device which there should have been. Anyway, Amazon gave me compensation and the option to swap so everything was ok there. However, for $300 AUD I can’t really seem to justify the price. I mean it works decent but the build quality is nothing short of disappointing, I understand they may be trying to make it feel light but it just feel cheap. The vibrating brush though does work very well. If you’ve got the money to spend, buy it. Otherwise I would recommend a cheaper alternative
