Okay this is hands down my favorite makeup remover. Not only is it non toxic and a safer swap than most brands, it actually gets all my mascara off. Usually I use like four or 5 makeup wipes to get mascara off and I still get black under my eyes. Definitely recommend for something that gets makeup off completely and doesn’t leave your skin feeling dry after.

My all time favorite makeup remover. Literally the best makeup remover. I use it on my eyes mostly to get mascara & eyeliner off, it doesn’t make my eyes blurry at all. It’s gentle. Moisturizing and gets the makeup off quick, I’m actually almost out of my second bottle now. Highly recommend .

This is a good cleansing melting balm, it getts all my makeup off and it is super gentle on you're skin. This melting balm also has no scent that can effect you're skin. It also has a reasonable price.

Works well, I love Bubble products, they are quality and basic skincare for those with sensitive, acne-prone, or younger skin. I think this works well as an alternative to makeup remover pads, which leave my skin feeling rough and dirty. This is great because it both cleanses and removes makeup, while leaving my skin more moisturized. Will certainly be repurchasing, the price is great as well.

I use this as a first step to my makeup removing/ cleaning routine. It works well without stripping the natural oils from your skin. Doesn’t get rid of waterproof makeup so best used on normal makeup.

My sister sent me a bottle of this, BUBBLE brand “WIPE OUT” Makeup Remover, last spring and I absolutely loved it. I use one pump on a dampened cotton ball on each eye. This is gentle on the delicate skin around my eyes and throughly removes all of my eye makeup without leaving an oily-feeling film afterward. Bye, Bye, Avon (my go-to for probably the last 40? years). HELLO, Bubble!!! Bubble Wipe Out Makeup Remover leaves my face feeling cleaner and softer.
